Hackett's Stow

Small cafe serving locally sourced, home-cooked flood. We only have a small menu but it covers breakfast through to cream teas.

Clean, basic with good coffee at reasonable price; we were on our way home from a wedding so just wanted a quick coffee - ideal for a quick stop. Little 'sayings' on the walls provided some amusement.

Lucy’s doesn’t take bookings and is quite small, but if you wait for a short time, they can always squeeze you in. I went on a Saturday afternoon and sat down quickly. The staff were super friendly and made great suggestions. They do a lovely lunch, cakes and three afternoon tea options - scone and tea/scone, cake and tea/full on afternoon tea. We opted for scone and tea each and shared a piece of delicious carrot cake! So cute inside and really felt special and is a very popular place for tourists. It is situated in the main square by the parking, so very convenient to get to (free parking for 2 hours). You have to keep driving round on busy days before getting a space, but doesn’t take too long.I really recommend it!
