Ordered two kebabsAll salad no meat could count pieces on one hand. Severely disappointed. Delivery was good, came quick but food was lukewarm. Sad

Picked up a late supper for work. Food hot and of good quality. I had a burger with everything on and it was amazing, plus a portion of fries,only £5.40.Menu quite substantial and value for money. Next time I will have to try the garlic bread with mozzarella and red onion chutney, Yum!!!! .

We have eaten there on a Saturday Lunch (around 2pm). The pub was basically empty (maybe 10 tables max). We ordered at 2:15 starters and main. We had our starters after 30 minutes and only had our food at around 3:30. The starters were really good but the main (chicken grill) was inedible. We had dry chicken (so dry I almost chocked on it) as well as really sloppy and fat buttermilk chicken. But the real surprise was when the waitress (who was lovely!) went to get a manager for us. Indeed, the manager simply ignored us and never came. I definitely donât recommend this place to anyone who liked to be treated with consideration.I am very disapointed to hear you did not enjoy your visit with us on Saturday, i want to assure you i will be investigating this as guest experience is embedded as culture within this business and clearly you did not recieve the great experience i promote within my team. Never eaten in a Prezzo before made our journey from Scunthorpe a 15 mile trip, so unsure. Was welcomed by a very warm atmosphere and decor was welcoming. Seated quickly recommended making a booking as it was busy, menu extensive, waitresses very helpful and cheerful. Food arrived hot and very well presented, we shared a bruschetta which was enough as a starter for two looked fresh and hot. My wife had the roasted salmon on a bed of vegetables,salmon was very hot and moist vegetables just cooked , it came with a rocket salad again well presented. I had calzone it came with a tomato sauce again with a salad, filled and was great. I will be going back again and would like to thank all the staff who made it a great meal and were attentive and cheerful.
