Not a huge fan of Japanese Cuisine but our visit to UMI has changed that. Exquisite food, wonderful ambiance and above all fantastic service - Cheli is a star! We were a party of 5 having various âJapaneseâ Food. It was just an offense. A Japanese Sushi cook would literally have to commit suicide by Harakiri, if he would offer that to guests: wrongly cut fish, wrong temperature, disgusting toppings. Even getting offered a replacement, we rather preferred to leave most of the food and have a Fernet in the hotel. People really should not offer food which they donât know how to prepare. Sorry, but I canât give a better comment, dear management.We apologize for your experience Guenter. We are disappointed in the experience you received, the conditions you have described do not reflect our Sumo standards. Management will be notified of your complaint.
