We found the owner of the Burger Inn very friendly, the burgers were very nice. My daughter is not keen on burgers but we were allowed to bring pizza from next doors so the family could have the meal together. Very lovely gesture. Thank you

IG: eatgoseeThere was a fair amount of hype and popularity about Paper Fig which drew me out of my Dubai bubble to steam over to Sharjah and check out what appeared to be a strictly dessert only restaurant (more on that later). HIGHLIGHTS: DÉCOR. There is an admirable restraint about Paper Fig which is nails whilst giving the illusion of being effortless. This is a stark contrast to the much busier world before its front door in the University City area of Sharjah. The zen-like quality with pale floors, light wooden panels, fresh flowers, open space and generously sized windows allowing natural light to bathe the interior all while curating a library-like peace (maybe it’s the sparsely filled bookshelves that give the impression too). The dessert bar is an alluring touch when entering. The space here is perfect for large groups, more intimate catch ups or a solo person coming to work quietly drinking coffees and munching on snacks. ASIAN PRAWN SOBA NOODLE SALAD. A hearty portion of shredded cabbage, child soba noodles and a light mildly spiced dressing result in a colourful and very filling salad which I would gladly eat a few times a week. It is a big portion so bring your appetite and at a very reasonable price point. My feedback here would be that some people would like additional dressing so something to keep in mind. DESSERTS: So this is not a dedicated dessert café (if the noodle salad didn’t give that away!) however we could not resist the colourful orbs nesting in the dessert bar. Opting for a selection, the strawberry puree encased in white chocolate with a scattering of chocolate nibs yields this very fresh and authentic strawberry flavor that is only mellowed subtly by the white chocolate. Thoroughly enjoyable and a very pleasant small sweet treat to round off lunch. This is not fine dining food and that’s important to keep in mind because some of the reviews for Paper Fig lean towards hysteria which may give the impression that they are turning out culinary miracles. No wizardry here but instead there is an honesty about their food which is very much appreciated.Would I come back here? Certainly if I was passing through Sharjah again. I would also encourage Paper Fig to look at a location in Dubai!Thank you for your feedback, Paper Fig team hopes to see you soon.

Papa Rotti has recently expanded the menu to include main course items...skip these as they are pre-made in presentation and flavor. Stick to the literal bread and butter of Papa Rotti and stick to their buns. Flavored toppings are plentiful with unique options such as date, and Lotus Biscuit. The coffee is OK, but avoid the iced tea.

Yes, Kempinski really knows how to make their customers feel welcome. They have restaurants in every taste, so if you don't like one, you just head for the next one without leaving the hotel. Cafe on First was absolutely my favorite and the only one with an oriental touch. From the crowd you could see that it attracts people from outside of the hotel as well. We visited it a couple of times and really loved the atmosphere. The coffee and the cakes were really good. They do have food as well, but didn't try it out. It's a very relaxing place and if you're into shisha, thenh this is the place to have one. The smoke didn't disturbe me although I'm a non-smoker, but I felt more comfortable on the nice terrace from where we could see the night sky. A very relaxing place indeed.Dear MosseTurku,It is a great pleasure to hear such positive feedback from our guests. Our mission is to pamper our guests on “every corner” and I am happy that you have felt it in our impeccable service throughout your stay.We are looking forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay.Best Regards, Ali SrhayarOutlet In-Charged

When it comes to delicious Emirati cuisines, it is difficult to find a quality upscale restaurant outside of 5 star hotels in Ajman. Fortunately, The Grove restaurant in Al Zorah Golf Club is one of the best in the city without breaking the bank.Immediate upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted with the stunning view of the Al Zorah natural reserves, which is more of a wetland/nautrualb reserves where if you are lucky, you will see wildlife and different points in the year. There is outdoor seating which is amazing during night time in the summer and of course at any point during the winter.Shisha is available on the patio which is always nice to enjoy after your meal.As for the food itself, I would say it is over of the best Emirati cuisines in the entire country that I have had, that includes Dubai, where the quality tends to be high. What I enjoyed the most about The Grove is that t the food here keeps in mind the authenticity of the cuisine while considering what eaters whom are not used to the cuisine would be interested in and created a menu that is so delicious that you want to order the entire menu.Normally I wouldn’t go to another Emirate for a meal but for The Grove, I would be happy to make that drive any time.
