Reviewed By 746olgarI was not accommodated, but the experience of the first contact with the so-called owner of the hotel was extremely disgusting that can denigrate the image of the whole region, respectively no tourist could get around because of him !!! Instead of being kind and hospitable, he behaved in the dirtiest and horrible way possible to drive away customers. Later I found out that he is the most outrageous man in the whole Kotor region. Too bad such people spoil the image of such a beautiful location, where at first glance I thought everyone was so good. I'm sorry for the restaurant inside the hotel, it was super delicious and the service was superlative. I don't understand how a so-called owner (and his equally dirty family) can run a hotel and receive guests. Awful !!!!!!

If your thinking of travelling to Kotor then i would recomment Apartments Lazarevic. Goran (Owner) is a wonderful host & provides you with lot's of useful tips. The aprtments have everything you need. It's only a short 10 minute walk down to the sea front or slighlty longer if your walking to the old town. There are lots of restaurants to choose from either in the old town ot the sea front. I just know we will return to Kotor & wouldnt hesitate to stay in this apartment again.

Awful experience and ruined vacation

After the first two nights we were asked to leave because some child has gotten sick and there was absolutely no possibility to ask them to leave (be aware, a very common scam in Montenegro). The host found us another apartment in Dobrota with a street view and of course no beach. The new apartment is much smaller and simply awful. The smell from the bathroom is unbearable. There is no way to escape the noise from the road. There is even no kettle in the kitchen. Needless to say that we are very disappointed. We went to Kotor to enjoy the beach and the sea view, not the noisy road and smell from the sink. The host said that we could still use the beach but there is absolutely no way anyone would like to go this far in wet clothes. Speaking about Villa PM - the beach at villa was great for sure. The apartment itself was very dirty, the furniture is falling apart. We would still love to stay one more night because of the beach but it was not possible. Apparently they have sold our apartment to someone else for a higher price... We even cant leave a negative feedback on booking.com because Maria emailed us that she would book the apartment for us herself. Think twice before booking an apartment here!

The BEST place to stay in Montenegro!
Reviewed By 670jocelynsWe rented the entire place for 5 nights. We had a large group of family and friends. It was fantastic! We have rented villas all over Europe and this is as good as they get. The place is stunning. Between the beautiful pool and the gorgeous dock on the Adriatic it could not have been better. The staff at the villa were excellent! They really want you to have a fantastic vacation and go out of their way to make it perfect. The chef is wonderful! We have a friend who is born and raised in Kotor and travels back every summer. She ate with us a few nights and said it was the best food in Montenegro. There were some reviews that complained it was too far from Kotor. It is not walking distance but because of the cruise ships, I would not want to be in Kotor during the day. It was much better to be able to enjoy the Adriatic during the day and explore Kotor in the evening. Terrific villa!

Reviewed By charlottemadreThe apartments are located on a quiet road with mountain and sea views opposite. There is a small private beach with sun loungers and restaurants and a local shop close by. And we were able to walk along the sea front to the old town one evening. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, speaking good English, and we would definitely stay here again.

Family house with 4 apartments (on first and second floor), 30 mtrs far from the sea. It offers air-conditioned apartments featuring a balcony with a sea view. They comprise a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, an LCD TV and a private bathroom with shower. Laundry service is available. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Parking for car is available and free of charge. A garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal. House have very nice garden abt. 300 sqm. House is abt 2 km far from the center of the city Kotor. Close to the house is available mini-market and two restaurant with national/seafood. A local bus stop can be reached within 50 metres. Tivat Airport is 8 km away. An airport pick-up can be organised upon request and at the surcharge.

Reviewed By Shoukry SThe hotel apartment is about 2.5 KM from Kotor town, it is well located within 50 meters of the bay. Apartment was well equipped for the 5 day stay. We were in room #1 with great view of the bay and mountains, very serene and relaxing. The staff tries very hard to satisfy and we have nothing but praise for them and for their efforts. BKFST is included and quite a decent choice. A welcome bottle of wine was left to us in the room in check-in. There is a local restaurant about 20 meters away with excellent food and decent prices. Highly recommended and will stay again if we return to Montenegro.

Reviewed By Rocket_Man0691We enjoyed this spot. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room are clean and comfortable with good beds, small but modern bathroom. There are a lot of stairs so make sure you can carry your bags up 3 flights. It is eight on the water and our room had exceptional views. Rooms have small refrigerator, hot water boiler, good AC etc. beds were comfortable. You can swim right in front of the hotel. You can walk in or climb down a ladder into the water like a pool. We arrived into Kotor on foot and the taxi ride took about 10 minutes. We walked into Kotor the next day. Along the water it took about 45 minutes. There are restaurants, shops,post office etc along the route The hotel has an attached restaurant with great service, good food (fish dishes and many other choices), tables right on the water, etc Would definitely stay again!

A lovely apartment
Reviewed By Titman9We had the apartment at the top of the house over looking the bay of Kotor. The view is stunning. The apartment is small but clean and comfortable. It is up a very steep hill which is easy to walk down and the taxi fare back up is 1euro. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We had a double and single bed room. I would stay here again. Very close to old town and walks around the bay. Peaceful.

Reviewed By Nadezda MRadulovic Apartments - one of the most comfortable and proper place for quiet holidays in Montenegro. There are severel arguments: Firstly, its location. Dobrota - it is not a crowded resort, but is situated in a very picturesque place - Boco-Kotor Bay, with wonderful views from the Apartments, and at the same time - only 4 km from an ancient town Kotor, and a lot other places, worth seeing (if you rent a car - especially). Secondly, local environment. Small local beach with reserved specially for you beach beds - 10 m from the apartments, clean transparent water (more quiet than at the open sea as in Budva), minimarket - in the next house, nice restaurant "Pirun&Ozica" - in the next building on the other hand; a lot of other wonderful restaurants at a warlking distance; Thirdly, very comfortable and clean apartments (enough for 2 adults and 2 children) with all necessary utilities (you can cook home), very friendly atmisphere and attentive relation from the innkeepers. I was very satisfied with my holidays and sincerely recommend.
