Reviewed By larasN3459NPThe hotel asks for pcr or vaccine certificate upon arrival which is great for guests! Service is amazing, very caring and respectful. The animation team never sleeps! They are around all day and take care of everyone from children to older couples. The food was not superb but was ok for a 4 star hotel. It actually never stops from 7am to 9pm! The all inclusive bars are a blessing!! Would definitely go back!

I hated dealing with receptionist
Reviewed By Ahmed_shlighWe arrived at 2:30 am to the hotel “Fasting” because it’s ramadan and the reservation Employee told us that “suhur meal” will be in our room because we’re tired and wants to have rest because we travelled over land in 12 hours trip, But we found nothing .. we asked the receptionist if there is room services but his answer was “No , There’s no room services “ we asked him again is there any thing we can eat because we have been fasting all day long and it’s about 2:30 am he told us that he can give us a pizza restaurant number and order a delivery, is this welcoming a new client method? He told us that is “suhur will be at around 3:30 am .. but we’re tired we slept without eating any thing.. only a piece of bread we bought after this long trip. Second day we were setting in lobby chatting with each other and there is no one except us after a disturbing & terrible music band and the receptionist told the man working in the hotel with very loud voice “TURN THE LIGHT OFF” like they are telling us go to your rooms in a rude way. They are not welcoming people The people working at the restaurant are much better than the receptionist.. They didn’t even gave us the welcoming juice but other tourists they gave them the welcoming juice i don’t know why they didn’t do the same thing with us. I hope you take this review with respect because the receptionists have no attitude.

Reviewed By Companion536674my wife and I were on vacation in this hotel. Overall, we are satisfied. Clean hotel in a good location, beautiful beach. The hotel staff is very nice, always smiling and ready to help. Water rescuers smiling and understanding towards children. The security guards even helped to cross the road safely. The only downside was the food, which we didn't always like, but when asked to make scrambled eggs there was no problem with it. However, the biggest advantage of the whole hotel were the ANIMATORS, very helpful, always smiling. In the evenings, apart from dancing, they sat down with hotel guests and talked and laughed, thanks to such evenings we spent together we got to know the culture, customs and everyday life in Tunisia. Marcello and his team are really great ANIMATORS! There were aquagyms, water sports, dance evenings, we played ball, ping-pong and cards together. Marcello selflessly helped me get into town. Thank you very much for their work and the work of all hotel staff! I recommend!

The kids went to the mini club and they loved it ! The lady there is really nice and she organise a lot of activities for children. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is also very nice !

Unfortunate surprise
Reviewed By rihab85I spent one week, it was my third stay after 2017 and 2018. The experience was overall bad, the service isn’t as good as it used to be although the team is doing his best but they are understaffed. The food quality was poor, almost same options every day. An AC outage lasted two days! Something I never experienced in any of the hotels I ever visited… What I liked: the efforts of the team to serve customers despite all difficulties (reception, barman, animation…) The administration is clearly putting no effort this year to care about its customer base.
