The so called "new owners" have been running this restaurant for 15 plus years. Still part of the Chan family that originally owned it. Shrimp and sweet and sour sauce still the best in town. The buffet features newly added items like ginger beef, sesame chicken, curry noodles. All very good and also available for take out! Yes its an old building but is kept clean and has never been shut down by the Health Inspector like the other place. Always a good place to eat.

The menus at the KFC's in Canada are very limited compared to the ones in the States. You get fried chicken and french fries - no mashed potatoes, no corn, very few sides (and none of them are hot). The chicken pieces are very small - where do they get these birds from?

This is probably one of the nicest and cleanest Chinese Food restaurants I have ever been in. The service was great. Lunch buffet was $12.99 ea. The choices were amazing, and it was all very fresh and tasty. I even enjoyed the Green Tea Ice Cream for dessert, with Jelly Tots, that took me back a few years! Lots of room, privacy, and nice atmosphere...but really really clean!!

This restaurant is definitely busy during lunch time. On the first day I had a burger (Mountain Burger?), and it was definitely good - I'd give it a 4 out of 5 stars. The next day I had the special: Fish and Chips. While not offensive, the texture of the fish threw me off a bit. We were a large group of people, and everyone of us who ordered the special disliked the thickness of the batter around the fish. So the second meal's 2 out of 5 offset the previous day's enjoyment to make it an average culinary experience - nothing to write home about, but decent food for an average price

We thought we'd give Smitty's a try for dinner an it didn't disappoint. The server went out of her way to ensure an allergy was communicated to the kitchen and the food was brought to the table not long after the orders went in, hot foods were hot, cold ones were cold. Just the way they are supposed to be. A veal cutlet dinner was on the seniors special list and was a good meal for a reasonable price. The Cobb salad was large and crispy and served with tasty pieces of grilled chicken breast on top and dressing on the side.

While on a recent trip we ordered supper from Pizza Hut and found each pizza to be hot, well made, and had a decent amount of toppings. Delivery was fast and overall it was a good meal.
I would order pizza and wings from these guys again!!

I had half chicken Alfredo half BBQ steak one, everything was great about it. Like a waitress said, the Alfredo one isn't too "alfredo-y". Was in town for work and I will be going back when I return. Totally beats the rest in Dauphin.

When here with my mother for evening supper, and because I love steak usually a steakhouse is a no brainer.
Staff is awesome and very welcoming
Clean establishment and more than willing to make things write.
But unfortunately the food just wasn’t that great.
Vegetables taste and look of those in a frozen bag.
Baked potato looked as bland as it tastes.
And the steak wasn’t that bad but definitely nothing to rave about. Really wanted to like this place!

Scratch kitchen serving fresh locally grown seasonal vegetables, from the cabbage in the coleslaw, to the fresh cut fries, as well as local fresh beef, raised right here in the Parkland. Fresh bread is delivered daily from our local bakery, and our desserts are in house made from quality ingredients. We are family owned and operated. We cook up two fresh pots of soup daily, including 20 gallons of Borscht every Thursday. We also serve authentic Ukrainian Platters during the festival season. Perogies for breakfast are consumed on a daily basis, and are a staple on our menu!
