My first experience of a hotel in Greece was limited to a stay for my husband and I first ever holiday together 35 years ago. Our expectations were far surpassed by the peacefulness and exceptional customer service this hotel offers. Although the hotel boast many rooms, it never feels like that. The staff are so attentive and strive to ensure you have the best possible experience during your stay. And never feels over crowded, due to the majority of travellers island hoping, like ourselves. It was our 25th wedding anniversary when we were here, and the hotel made it such a nice experience for us checking in. We travelled to Mykonos and Delos (highly recommended) on a day trip and were a little exhausted as it had been so hot, so we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant on the evening rather than walking into town. (10-15minutes)The meal was the best we’d had in our time in Greece, and was such a gorgeous setting around the pool. We didn’t eat breakfast I’m the hotel every day, and I loved that flexibility that we could pay for some days and not every day, so we weren’t committed to that routine and again, you cannot fault the selection and flavours on offer to start your day, right up until 11am too. I would hand on heart recommend this hotel to anyone-it’s amazing, it really is. A special mention to the reception staff who are so so helpful, with their local knowledge and ‘nothing is a problem’ attitude-love it x Thank you for making our trip such a special one.

What I really appreciated was the hotel setting up transportation to restaurants and events for us while we were there. While having meals and drinks on the beach I would like to commend Erik and Aldo. They were so kind to our family and they became friends to us. They would be the reason I would want to go back.

From the moment we made the booking, Georgia and the rest of the staff made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. They arranged for a baby cot and high chair for our 1-year old, who had a blast exploring the beautiful property and the private beach nearby. The location was perfect for us, away from the bustle of Naxos town, but easy enough to get anywhere in about 10 minutes. The entire staff was very friendly and we were treated like family throughout the trip. Would definitely be back another day for a longer stay.

This is a genuine 5* hotel; customer service, food, room cleanliness etc. Spa was also great with wonderful massages. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, you will not be disappointed. Access to the main town is very easy using the hotel shuttle or public bus. To all the staff, thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were absolutely delighted with La Mer Deluxe and,in particular, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Our room was very clean and confortable, the pool areas were immaculate as were all of the public areas in the hotel. Breakfast offered a huge range and I am sure there was something which would suit most tastes. For us the quality was consistently high as was the presentation. The hotel is really well located and it is a very short walk to the seafront where there is a huge choice of restaurants and cafes. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends who were contempating a visit to Santorini.

Guests are made to feel like family and it's no wonder that there are guests who have been coming year after year for decades to stay here. This was my first stay and I couldn't be happier. The hotel itself has beautiful views of the water and the old town, which is just a few minutes walk away. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and very nicely kept. But what makes this hotel so special is the wonderful staff. They are all helpful, friendly, warm and genuine. As someone who was traveling alone to Mykonos, after just one day I felt like I had a home here--as corny as that may sound. In addition to all that, the buffet breakfast is delicious and I enjoyed it so much (i.e., I ate so much!) that I didn't eat lunch and was only hungery again at dinner time. And the hotel has a shuttle service that will meet you at the airport and take you straight to the hotel, which is very nice--particularly after lengthy travel. I have traveled a lot around various countries over the past 40+ years and have had the good fortune to stay in many wonderful hotels, lodges, inns and bed & breakfasts, both large and small. For me, the Adonis Hotel ranks in the top 10 of all the places I have stayed at over the course of decades of travel. Highly recommended and when I come back to Mykonos I would only stay here.

Pool bar food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was the nicest I have ever seen, it had everything you can think of. I would return to this hotel, and I will recommend it to others! Walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed Niko's Gallop on our first night and it was delicious and reasonably priced. Avoid dk Oyster at all costs! They charged our group of 9 over $1000 for one round of drinks.

The best hotel ever
Reviewed By nikitap959We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights after coming from Athens. The hotel was incredible. We were picked up from the port via complimentary transport and then had a welcome drink when we arrived. We were blown away by the resort and facilities. The views from the hotel over the Mykonos island were incredible and the rooms were clean. Our bed was huge and so comfortable with fluffy pillows and soft sheets. The hotel is great as it has a pool, viewing deck and beach.. all you could want from it which is hard to find and a decent location on the island. As for the staff they were amazing! Their poolside and dinner service was incredible and it was lovely to see their smiling faces everyday. We noticed they got up quite early to throughly wipe down the viewing platform and poolside and it’s clear to see how hard everyone worked. The breakfast buffet was incredible too with loads of options. We used the complimentary shuttle service into town most evenings which was perfect and makes it so much easier to get round the time. Overall we would come back time and time again to this hotel and not even consider going elsewhere!
