Reviewed By 344dominiksWe stayed at OW Andros for 10 days in September and had a fantastic time. The property is well maintained and managed by Lilian and Nicos. The introduction to the property and the surroundings was professional and we could not ask for more. The pool is currently a walking pool but will be turned into a proper swimming pool during the upcoming winter. The apartments are in meticulous condition and Mixalis (Mike) and Maria have done an awesome job. The breakfast was freshly prepared every morning with juices and local breakfast treats. OW Andros is located only 5 minutes walking distance from Fellos Beach and there's nothing nicer than an early morning swim there. We will come again!

They are such a lovely group of people who will go out of their way to make your stay the best possible and treat you like family. Anything you need help with, they are there to offer! I was travelling solo, so it was so nice to make time to chat with the team each day before I headed out. The breakfast was also amazing - homemade pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes etc. Lovely sea views from the spotless and beautiful rooms too, what more could you want?! Don’t stay anywhere else in the area, just stay here! Thank you to you all, I miss you already! :-)

Its difficult to motivate off the balcony as the views from the room could be a postcard and are hard to replicate. The location is tranquil and quiet yet close by to everything Fira has to offer. The restaurant recommendations from Maria were spot on and we were convinced that because she booked our reservations we got extra special treatment, great tables in the hottest restaurants with warm greetings and exceptional service. The hospitality at Asma is perfect, we loved the expresso maker & so without asking they overstocked our supplies so we were never without. Breakfast everyday delivered to the patio seats with such a warm hello started everyday off great. The experience is heavenly. Hot tub was spotless and clean. Santorini is a magical experience and Asma is an example of 5 star hospitality perfected by the whole team. Only wish is we could’ve stayed forever.

He helped us get around the island and was generous enough to offer us luggage storage after checkout and help us find a taxi to get to the ferry. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious with helpful information about the island. As a group of girls we felt very safe and I highly recommend staying her if you visit Paros!

Reviewed By Marinaki8965as a repeater guest and student of business administration , this is an example #how to destroy a successful business #. we choose this hotel because of the quality used to offer, the excellent organization, the amazing and friendly service,instead of that we shocked as nothing was the same anymore. a bad feeling in the atmosphere from the beginning, a resort looked abandoned,,a pool with no water ,dirty rooms some guests found even hair and pieces of bread on their beds. we never had cleaning service ,breakfast with no quality at all ,this hotel lucks of inspiration and feeling. actually we paid double amount of money in comparison with all the other hotels in naoussa...for what????still feel very angry ,I could not open and close the shutters they are broken, no lighting during the night that was very dangerous as you could fell I to the empty pool...nightmare

Reviewed By 117oliviavIf you want stress free travel, stay at Bliss! The whole staff; manager, waitresses, receptionist, driver was super welcoming and accommodating. They helped us plan our whole trip and provided amazing guidance. We wanted to get married on our stay and Dimitris the manager provided us information of a wedding planner. Everything went so smooth. Upon arrival we were shown a map of the island of ins and outs where to go along with tour of resort, welcoming drinks and snacks. They have their own driving service in which you can plan rides to and it makes it super easy since no Uber on island. Prices are better thro resort than most taxis! Their food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Resort was super clean and the rooms were amazing. Had an amazing time and just super happy how helpful the staff was. Bliss had also set us up with massages in our room which was great. Champagne breakfast was great, highly recommended. They have hookah you can’t rent and they set it up and take it down for you in your lounge area. It was amazing. Breakfast in the morning was great every single day! If you are planning a trip to Mykonos and don’t know where to go, Bliss made this experience so much better. I had recommended my whole family and friends to come here because of how helpful and nice they were . Thank you so much bliss! I am so thankful for all your help planning our wedding week and making it absolutely amazing!!!

Ok, but overpriced
Reviewed By jinxjThe hotel has amazing views, but was very overpriced for what it was (perhaps this is the case everywhere in Santorini). The pool area is nice, as are the views from the room. However, the hotel was very dated. To take a hot shower, you had to turn on the broiler 15-20 mins ahead of time and our electricity (and A/C) went out for several hours one night. The staff was pleasant, but I've received much better service at much cheaper places. Overall, it was fine but not for the price.

The hotel is a short distance from the port, but they offer a free shuttle to and from town. The breakfast was not lavish, but it offered plenty of choices for us. Staff was super helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
