Reviewed By SaradhaV2We had visited Cuddalore many a times and always stayed here. Never had any problem. But this time the service levels are dipped to lower most. On the day of check in we were asked to eat lunch inside the room because the restaurant was crowded. For lunch they say biriyani will be available but only mushroom biriyani was available. In the evening they took 1.5 hrs to give milk to my son. Today they made me wait for 1 hour to give Gobi Manchurian but I didn't get it yet. So I cancelled and walked away. Nobody thinks about the customer experience. I keep telling them food is taking time they don't even apologize. They go check inside but don't update us what's the status. Horrible service. Management has to look into this seriously and take action. Will look for another option going forward. Pathetic

Run down and ill maintained
Reviewed By Vaishnavi SOur main purpose was a visit to the Vaitheeswaran kovil temple. I wanted a decent place to stay so looked for accommodation in Chidambaram. First of all the Google maps location of this place is wrong. It showed us an area in Chidambaram town based on which I planned the entire journey (since it was a road trip) but in reality this was 17km away from the main town, appx 40 min by car. This significantly changed our travel time! The resort as such was big but very poorly maintained. Of course the staff explained that the pandemic has taken a big hit on business, that’s understandable. But in that case they shouldn’t accept bookings. The rooms were run down, smelled of pesticide, so much that I started sneezing through the night. It didn’t have toiletries, or proper garbage disposal. There were cobwebs behind doors. WiFi wasn’t working. Laundry service was non existent. Bedding was dirty. There were lots of mosquitoes. I’m mentioning all of these here because the amenities section on MMT said all of these were available The most problematic thing was, they didn’t have a fully functioning kitchen. Since we travelled with a toddler we required milk often but they didn’t have it. They tried accommodating our requests as much as possible. I had booked via MMT with a complimentary breakfast package. But in the morning when we asked they said they ONLY have idlies for breakfast! No idea why that was called as complimentary breakfast! The ONLY reason I’m giving even 2 stars is for the courteous and polite staff. They tried being as accommodating as possible. Would definitely not go back here!

Decent Place to stay wit family

Since it was towards the Christmas time and since we went without any bookings , it was tough to find a decent locality for stay with family. Luckily, the front desk manager from Yogiram Inn called us up, as promised, once someone vacated. We reached there in the night , and immediately could see that it was situated in a decent residential locality and that the rooms were near and tidy. Returns rooms were clean too. A/c and fan options were there too. All for a nominal room rent. The Cons being no food availability and dozens of mosquitoes in the night , which might carry you away. Nevertheless, should you need a place to trust and rest in the night in Cuddalore, this one is a sure bet. Best Regards, Sriram

Nice place to stay
Reviewed By Karthic_24I stayed here in January 2017 & May 2017 for my brother exam in Annamalai University. Neat maintained rooms, friendly staffs. Situtaed near to bus stand and walkable distance from Chidambaram Temple. Parking parking for car is not available.
