Third time in Platanias and third time to visit this wonderful family run gallery and taverna. The food is absolutely first class and Mediterranean dishes presented exquisitely and taste delicious. Home made aubergine salad and olives with bread are just the start of a fabulous evening meal every time! Complimentary desserts are wonderful too. Also have snacks and lighter bites and an extensive drinks menu so ideal for lunchtime too.Located just past the Minoa Palace Resort and Spa it is a little niche. We recommend you give it a try. It is our first port of call when we arrive after finding it in 2017! Dear Rossy,Thank you so much for your lovely words and your recommandation. We were really happy to see you again and serve you. We never forget our friends and we promise you to continue the hard work so that every time you are coming back to worth it. We stayed 5 nights in Spilia Village Hotel and ate every night in the restaurant. The service was very super friendly, Alexandros, Giorgos and Giannis are doing a very good job. The food is from high quality, the prices very reasonable and very good cretan wines are served. We are planing to come back next year and already looking forward to eat in this beautiful place.
