Reviewed By luismelo65Me robaron un termo de la alberca que para mi tiene mucho significado, el personal si supo quien era el cliente ratero y yo les pedi que por favor me proporsionaran el telefono del ratero ya que ellos cuentan con su informacion, pero me dijeron que por politicas del hotel no podian darme su telefono, que ellos le llamarian y me estarian informando para poder recuperar el termo. Pero no se comunicaron para nada conmigo. a otro compañero tambien le robaron su hielera y sus gantes de moto. y nadie te resuelve nada.

Reviewed By aquilinojunquera- No encontraras, al menos hasta la fecha, algun tipo de letrero o indicacion sobre la fachada que indique que el edificio es un hostal. La apariencia es la de una casa convencional por que dificulta el encontrarlo. - Echamos en falta una persona presente al llegar para gestionar la llegada de los clientes. Esto nos obligó a tener que llamar por telefono y esperar hasta que la persona pudo acudir para comentar con ella la incidencia que tuvimos. Segun la informacion que publican llegamos dentro del horario del servicio de recepcion. - La comunicacion entre el hostal y booking (hicimos reserva a traves de booking) no funciona correctamente. Aunque pudimos reservar y nos confirmaron la reserva, cuando llegamos el hostal al parecer estaba totalmente ocupado durante las proximas semanas. La persona que nos atendió nos comenta que es algo que les sucede repetidamente y no lo tienen resuelto. Nunca antes habiamos tenido este problema con una reserva a traves de booking. - Al comentar con la persona los importes que habiamos pagado a traves de booking y los que ellos manejan, advertimos que debe de haber algun error y que los precios publicados a traves de booking son significativamente mas caros que los que ellos manejan (independientemente de la comision que cobra booking por la gestion). Esto nos da a entender que no tienen bien controlado o algo no funciona bien entre este hostal y booking por los motivos mencionados.

I wouldn't recommend this for families, but if you and your partner are in need of some relaxing time this place offers a great escape from the busy world.

Mala Atención, Poca Seriedad.
Reviewed By 302leogNo respetaron la reservación, la empleada de recepción muy grosera. Al final, que bueno que lo hicieron, no había estacionamiento disponible, el que supuestamente tienen es muy pequeño y si lo quieres usar hay que reservarlo. Por otro lado, es importante que pregunten por el tipo de desayuno que incluye la estancia ya que al parecer es sólo galletas y fruta, por si eres quienes gusta de algo más sustancial.

Reviewed By vlsamuelHabitación y baño en buen estado. El precio es de 470 por noche.....es caro para el lugar y el estado de la habitación. Lo que está fatal es el desayuno continentalque ofrece el hotel. Me recomendaron pedir un platillo extra al desayuno continental que estuvo fatal. Definitivamente NO recomiendo el desayuno.

The hotel is built on an old house that is defined as an historical monument. It has 12 comfortable rooms with classical northern architecture, with adobe walls, "terrado" ceilings with reeds and beams.
New,modern but with Parras's magical town soul.

The architectural design is great: feels small town (roofs made of reeds,terrace with rocking chairs,rustic wood furniture) but modern (A/C, good water pressure. No TV, though). They pretty much give you the keys and let you be. No breakfast service, no concierge. So It's a great getting away from everything option, including people. 5 min walk to downtown area. They have parking space. Their patio is old town charm. Ideal for chilling!

Reviewed By DonCesarGood for the pool, clean rooms, no restaurant and noisy when we visited, but the second night was chill. It has a grilling area between trees, some horses and a trampoline, so looks family friendly. A little walk from downtown, but not much. Downside is that the internet doesn’t reach the rooms and the tv doesn’t have reception when we were there, so kids with tablets will get upset. Also in the non reception building the water smelled funny, probably since it comes from a cistern, but the second day was better. They need some WiFi repeaters. Good building, competitive price but lacks details for comfort.
