서울사람들은 닭갈비 골목에 가서 먹지만 춘천사람들이 추천해서 방문한 곳이다. 정말 닭갈비가 쫀쫀하고 양념이 매콤해서 좋다.

원조숯불닭불고기집은 춘천닭갈비의 원조집이라고 불리우는 곳이다. 1961년에 개점한 집이다. 1960년대 김영석씨가 돼지구이를 팔다가 어느날 닭을 돼지갈비 양념에 재워 숯불에 굽고 닭불고기라는 이름으로 판매를 했고 그것이 춘천에 널리 퍼졌다는 이야기가 있다. 작은 식당에 늘 손님이 많이 몰려 대기 시간이 긴 음식점이다.

Chuncheon is well known for its dakgalbi (딝갈비). Visited this place with friends for a catchup dinner. We actually chose this place knowing it is quite a "known" galbi restaurant (우미닭갈비) in the area. There were really really a lot of 닭갈비 restaurants nearby even in the same street. You can find a whole stretch of dakgalbi restaurants anywhere in Chuncheon, it's a matter whether we can find a really good one or not (or perhaps all are nice, I can't really comment on that since I had only tried one).
However, this one was really good. The portion is good enough. But I would want to try from other restaurants if there is a chance to go again next time.

First time here but we felt welcomed. The wait staff were kind and quick. Food tasted great and as expected. It was hot but since we sat under shades it felt pretty cool. There was a pond with small water fall, sounding nature.

Found out about this place on tripadvisor. Had slight difficulties looking for it because nothing was in English in the restaurant. We identified it by the phone number outside the restaurant. But it was worth it. The food was excellent we must say. And the staffs were very obliging even though they couldn't speak a word of English. Even the chef came out of the kitchen to assist us. All we can say is...excellent food and wonderful staffs.

Situated lakeside in Chuncheon and right next to the bike track this place is the perfect combination - location and coffee. Do yourself a favour and call in here whilst your walk or ride around the lake.

A friend who is native to this area recommended me this chicken-rib restaurant, which is the most famous local food of Chuncheon area. I would def recommend it to others, dont go to Myeongdong chicken-rib street, (also in chuncheon) but here! So good.

카페앞 강물이 흐르고 넓은 마당에 낮은 소파를 가져다놓아서 특이한 분위기속에 한가로움을 즐길수 있어서 좋았어요.
아쉬운건 맛없는 아메리카노...

First night in town and struggled to find a place that i could find a vegan meal.
Finally landed on this place and they suggested a basic fried veg rice meal ( with no eggs)
Was pretty basic and fairly oily. Partners meal was also pretty basic
Would not recommend for vegans unless you are desperate
