Promised refund never paid back
Reviewed By vasson424We are two familys fron Sweden that had a booking thru Booking.com. Due to the pandemic we had to cancel our booking and the hotel promised us a refund in several mailconversations. They even asked for our accountnumbers, which we had sent to them. We never had the refund of about 1800 euros (for both families) and they stopped answering our mails. Would never recommend them to anyone. Totally unproffesional behavior.

Anemoessa apartments are located in front of the Golden Beach and they offer a balcony with sea view, meal preparing amenities and free internet access in all areas. The interior of the apartments provides individual air condition, satelite television, mattress by COCO-MAT and safety box. In every apartment there is also a small well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with shower and hydromassage cabin, free toiletries and hairdryer. In a short distance there are restaurants, mini-markets and organized beach. Limenas, the capital and the port of the island, is 12 km away.

Exceptional cleanliness, apartment is new and well furbished and on top of everything, the owners are very friendly, they look at every detail and try to create you a positive experience.
