Reviewed By Paradise765421At first I was upset because the Receptionist couldn't find our Reservation even after showing them the recervation code. Once that problem was fixed, we had a great experience. The property is great, the convention center is OK.

Reviewed By keniao197I’m working at San Lorenzo and the hotel were I usually stay was all booked. Choluteca is the city near by and I was looking for a hotel who wasn’t to expensive but be safe and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at HM hotel. The service is excellent, they want you to feel well cared, the room is clean and the bed very comfortable, in my experience, most hotels in the area don’t cared to much about the beds... Next time I have to come to Choluteca, I’m definitely coming back to HM Hotel

El personal de habitaciones y el restaurante...excelentes y profesionales. El personal de recepción... muy atentos, sobre todo los del turno de noche. Las habitaciones.... perfectas y las camas super cómodas. El Gerente... el Sr Douglas .... más que un gerente.... UN BUEN COSEJERO, TRATO CORDIAL,FAMILIAR,CERCANO,SERVICIAL..... muy sinceramente una buena persona a visitar en la próxima visita a Honduras. Un hotel a recomendar, les acogerán como en su propia casa. Una recomendación... reserven directamente con el hotel.

The food is alright & the people as well, nice overall. But the rooms are amazing! The beds are to die for & the pool is heaven!! Their is also this one gate guy who is the best & watches your car & with covid he lets us come late (he loves when you bring him food) for being nice! I mean this hotel is by far my favorite their. They clean the rooms amazingly. They do turn off your A/C when they clean but it cools down fast! Great movie selection on the TV and STRONG WIFI! It’s close to the Main Street so everything is pretty close! The hotel staff is alright they could be more nice but the hotel is beautiful & whatever you need they fix quickly. 10/10 recommended staying here out of all the place I’ve been too! Me quede aquí para la Semana del Día de San Valentín con mi esposo, ya que él es de ella y también mi familia. ¡Fue el mejor lugar para quedarse en Choluteca! La comida está bien y la gente también, agradable en general. ¡Pero las habitaciones son increíbles! Las camas son para morirse y la piscina es el paraíso. También está este chico de la puerta que es el mejor y vigila tu auto y con Covid nos dejaba llegar un poco tarde (le encanta cuando le traes comida) ¡por ser amable! Este hotel es de los mejores de ahí mi favorito. Limpian las habitaciones increíblemente. Apagan el aire acondicionado cuando limpian, ¡pero se enfría rápido! Gran selección de películas en la TV y FUERTE WIFI. Está cerca de calle ¡así que todo está super cerca! El personal del hotel está bien, podrían ser más agradables, pero el hotel es hermoso y lo que necesites lo arreglen rápidamente. ¡10/10 recomendaron quedarse aquí de todos los lugares de Choluteca! Didn’t take much pictures of the hotel but I have these and they are amazing! No puede tomar muchas fotos del hotel pero tengo estas y son mis favoritas!

Reviewed By uktravel1988Incredible Kindness shown by the owner here. We got into a spot of bother at the Honduran border which can be a bit dangerous. We had to get to a hotel as it was getting dark and it was a new town we didn’t know. We booked this hotel and called the owener and not only did he come and find us, he gave us a room upgrade and got us a Burger King. He arranged with good people to get us transport on our way and made us feel really safe and looked after. The room was lovely and had a great breakfast. Couldn’t rate this place higher and if you’re ever in need in a new place this is the kind of people you want to meet. Thanks so much for everything!
