Great view of Chios... they have Lots of tables but only a few people to serve... You try to find a server to order... Lots of reminders to get the missing food. Live music is quite slow and doesn't trigger people to dance.. it is not a pricey place.. sometimes navigation is not sufficient to find the place..

We sat on the upstairs Terrace and had a lovely meal, with excellent service. There was live music coming from inside (downstairs), and we sat amongst a mix of local families and some visiting american professors. It was wonderful--we would definitely return on a future trip to Chios.

We hadn't booked and were a party of about 8 and were lucky to be squeezed in on a Saturday night. Lovely courtyard to eat in but ask for the mosquito repellant! Entertaining animal activity in the trees above!! The food was delicious. The service was fine. It was a memorable meal and I would make it the first stop if I visit Chios again.

Busy tavern, don't order chicken patties, kids didn't like it but the mezes were nice. Order Greek salad, squid, fried sardines, but the sardines in olive oil had some scales left on. The mini ice cream offered on the house when paying the bill was a nice touch. Pleasant evening all round.

Nice spaghetti bolognese... the gyros was quite good also. Not the best though. Good prices.. something however was missing. Like the atmosphere or the decoration? Staff was polite. We would visit again!

When in Chios town To Kechrimpari is a must visit for the best Greek meze and Raki. Remember they close in the late noon and reopen for dinner, so just call before u go to make sure they are open.

I have visited Nostos 2 times, both times the culinary experience met expectations. Food is fresh and delicious. My favorites were the small fish (marida) and octopus. Restaurant is situated right by the small bay. Highly recommended.

Typical greek traditional food restaurant in Chios.Located at the top of the Hill by having an excellent view of the city.Owner,yorgos is full of experience to deal with the customers.Very tasty lamb,pork meat and some fish and family atmosphere.They provide very good house wine as well.Enjoy.

Nice restaurant on the central road of Chios Town. I have learned about it by local collegues and everything i was told was true. All of them told me about the delicious fish plates but as i am meat lover i ordered kebab. It was great. For side order a plato with small cheese, potato and chese/ham pies. With a bottle of coke and a large bottle of water paid 15€. Fast service, nice and helpful staff. You can also pay by card.

I asked for help picking one of the cocktails with mastiha, and ordered The Wounded Tear (7 euro). It was so delicious! I also ordered the vegetable burger (5.20 euro), which was not really a vegetable patty but some sauteed vegetables all placed on a bun with cheese. The french fries with the burger were delicious, too. Definitely recommend for both mastic drinks and creative food options.
