Reviewed By mikeshangThis hotel is located on the beach in Chengmai and is adjacent to Yongqing Temple (well worth a visit). It is a new hotel and is therefore still fresh and well maintained. It is remote and there are no restaurants or other facilities is the vicinity. Great place to stay if you have a car, or want to explore Chengmai more but don't want a city location. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Due to its location it is very quiet and peaceful.

Disappointing Dinner
Reviewed By mikeshangStopped here for dinner after visiting Mangrove Bay. Staff inside the hotel were unwelcoming and did not show the usual friendliness or courtesy expected. Chinese restaurant was empty. Menu limited and over priced. Serving size was not terribly generous. Staff not to knowledgeable but friendly enough. Hotel looks nice enough but is situated in a remote location.

Reviewed By IanfungAttend a big thank you party and stayed for one night. Current name is West Coast Resort Hainan ( very long time ago Sofitel ). Food was fine with huge number of dishes washed down with wine & liquor. Rooms are showing age but everything works. Group booking was decnt QPR but surely there are better places near to town...

Reviewed By Yanyinni朋友介紹，市內新開酒店，很舒適，方間很大而且有陽台，早餐很豐富，唯一只是走廊沒有空調。在酒店中餐館晚飯，食物質素好，一定要飲椰子水，煎包亦很好吃。

Reviewed By TheCleaner78The plus points are that it is cheap and has nice views as it is towards the top of the hill overlooking the town Downsides: dirty, mould on the walls, poor quality of finish I don't understand the need for a kitchen sink in the room but that's probably to cater for the local market

With three pools, and 11 spa pool; Hotel, entertainment and sports facilities, indoor basketball court and badminton courts, the dead 3 d cinema, mahjong rooms, gymnasium, billiards, table tennis, indoor children's paradise. Convenient transportation on 30 minutes to reach haikou and ChengMai life circle.
