Reviewed By rainerstaubfirst the good things. the staff is nice and friendly. the rooms are spacious and very clean. the location is quiet dispite the road that passes between the hotel and the beach. the pool area is nice, and the beach mostly too. now to the part that makes the hotel just average. when we booked via booking.com it was said that a good breakfast is included. when we arrived we were told that the breakfast buffet was canceled. nobody said why and because of covid cant be the reason, especially because the measurments would allow a buffet. the breakfast that got served to the room (to chose frome a menue with 4 different sets) was poor and not really nicley cooked. and the coffee was oversweetened instant coffee. not really what i expect from a 4* hotel.

Reviewed By TegianMoved here from another hotel, as we found out the owners were a great couple. Great service and they delivered great farang food, including a good breakfast. You saw plenty of regulars there every day. If you want thai food you can go to one of the other nearby places. The rooms are good sized, and the bathrooms clean, big flat screen tv with a good selection of channels including European ones. Very close to beach and right on the bar street of Cha-am

Reviewed By ANDREW SI stayed at Perfect House once some years ago and twice recently. Duration of each stay 3-5 days. Very friendly and professional team. As soon as I arrive they park my car in very secure area in front of reception and check in takes 2 minutes. This ground floor reception area also has lovely timber table/s and chairs and a serve yourself fridge with cheap drinks including beers. Also a small kitchen area where you can make yourself a free cuppa at any time. I enjoy an early morning coffee and a chat with staff. I've had balcony rooms on the front side. Great clean rooms and good beds, TV, AC. Can be noisy as a couple of bars seem to kick on but that is to be expected. I might enquire about quieter rear facing balcony rooms after reading some room tips here. I plan to be in Cha Am next week and will be staying at Perfect House again. I'll look no further.

Thin walls + horrible parking space

Parked my car in their space and woke up to two flat tires. According to the staff, it happened quite often in their parking lot yet not is being done about it...

Notice one potential customer had trouble with dogs. We always arrived on scooter and dogs were only a nuisance leaving, I guess this being there way of saying farewell. Don’t be put off of going. Will be back next year.

Budget stay, but close to everything.
Reviewed By Kevin SA nice accommodation with a very friendly host who welcomed us whole heartedly. The room was clean and fresh with excellent working Wifi and super cooling AC. The bathroom was big enough to accommodate up to five people at the same time in the shower and bath area (just in case you want to throw a shower party…). The best part of this hotel was the location. It was close to the beach, the shops, the restaurants and all the 7-Elevens around there. The not so good part was that the water pipe in the sink that leaked, which made the bathroom floor wet all the time.

Of the land over 2 rais, the space is used to the utmost as the home of the eye-soothing verdurous plants that embrace three cascading buildings along the shoreline. Each not blocking the view of the vast water ahead, the buildings are four, two and single-storied, designed under Modern Nature concept with key colors of white, grey and black, representing modernism and classicism. The interior is furnished with furniture and adornment that showcase the character of wilderness through their shape, structure and pattern. The harmony with nature idea also reflects on walls, ceilings and doors, which are designed considerably and colored monotone to make them enchanting as if art pieces of combined arts from different artists. Moreover, Cher Resort has the landmark at its swimming pool of which lighting colors alter at night, and the restaurant 'Into the Sea,' the only restaurant protruding onto the sea on Cha-am/Hua Hin beach.

Reviewed By DickZeThe hotel is on the sea front at the end of a small road, so no traffic there. The design is nice and the room spacious and well designed. A nice balcony with water basins. The pool is small (about 5 x 20 m) but still allows for a little swim. Breakfast is in a nice area and is adequate. Just the inevitable unnecessary box producing too loud music where you prefer the rustling of the waves to unwind in the morning. But they will turn it down on request. We ordered room service food, which was very good with large portions.

The BEACH CHA AM Guesthouse & Residence is a friendly and relaxing place in a modern and pleasant style. Totally renovated in 2016. The beach front is at only 100m from the Guesthouse. A large lobby and and Lounge bar where are served breakfast, snack, drinks (cocktails, spirits, soft drinks). 40 rooms offering air condition, free wifi, minibar, cable TV, free coffee/tea facilities, kittle, daily housekeeping, towels and free toiletries, private bathroom with hot shower. 15 superior double rooms with balcony and sea view 9 standard double rooms (3 rooms have a private terrace), 4 family rooms (2 double beds) 1 triple room (1 double bed + 1 extra bed) 5 economic double rooms (no window) The reception is open 24/24 and can provide tours and taxi reservation, laundry service, assistance in any case. All the team is ready to welcome you in Cha Am for a nice stay at The BEACH CHA AM Guesthouse & Residence.

If this street is not to your liking, book somewhere else, all hotels are reasonable. Room was EXCELLENT. Cleaned every day, bed linens and towels changed daily. We are just making our THIRD reservation to this EXCELLENT hotel. Thank you Frederic and staff......
