I was there as part of a big event, and while my room had several issues (electricity and water issues mainly), I think I was the exception to the rule.Buffet food was plentiful, fresh, and always clean. Staff is quick to replenish, and accommodate.Good pools and beach proximity, and a pleasant scenery.A special thanks and shout out to SUPER concierge Roxani!! She was nothing short than amazing and helpful, with anything and everything hotel or area related.

We drank here everyday, two members of staff made our holiday that extra special, Maria and Snezana served us daily without fail and made the best drinks, alcoholic and non from 10am to 8p. They were friendly and knew exactly what we wanted. Their people skills were great and we will not forget them! Highly recommend if you visit porto carras. :)

Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and excellent wines!!!From the balcony the view to the marina , the sea and the surrounding area is unique. Brand new and comfortable furniture with delicate decoration. We enjoyed Luxury, harmony and quality. It worth every cent we paid.

Very well organized ,but 2-3 people serving 500 people is imposible,wi-fi is poor.Menagement have a problem with staff.
