Aridaía (Greek: Αριδαία; Bulgarian and Macedonian: Съботско/С'ботско S'botsko) is a town and a former municipality in the Pella regional unit, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Almopia, of which it is a municipal unit. It was the capital of the former Almopia eparchy. It is located in the northwest corner of the Pella regional unit, bordering the southern part of the Republic of Macedonia and the northeast corner of the Florina regional unit. Its land area is 562.910 km (217.341 sq mi). The population of Aridaia proper is 7,057, while that of the entire municipal unit is 20,313 (2011 census). Its largest other towns are Prómachoi (pop. 1,740), Sosándra (1,078), Ápsalos (1,121), Loutráki (1,146), Polykárpi (1,049), Tsákoi (961), Voreinó (766), and Χifianí (767). The municipal unit is divided into 17 communities.

My experience at Restaurant Bar Ydrolithos was nothing shy of magnificent. The service was great, the food was incredible, and the atmosphere was second to none! I'll always remember just how special the staff was with their service. They really made an impression on me. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Food is simple but ok. Although the best thing to do to enjoy is to ask for invoice . The rude owner will try to ruin as much as he can . He will force you to complete the document alone , and in a rude way . By the way , if a customer is asking for an invoice is mandatory for the owner of the company to provide the doc by the LAW .So keep this , to enjoy !!!!

We discovered this amazing restaurant last Saturday for my friends birthday. We had a fantastic meal, the wine was excellent and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The quality of the both the food and the surroundings is of a high standard. We would definitely return if we are in this area again. I doubt if you would find a better place to eat in the Loutraki area. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Our group of about 28 people had a late lunch at this restaurant. Usually, when many people "invade" a restaurant at the same time, service is slow and, often, the quality of food is poor. Not this time, though. Not longer than ten minutes after we gave our order, dishes starting coming to all of us. The food was tasty and beautifully served. Having heard no complaints from anyone in the group, and seeing that most dishes were taken back to kitchen empty, I must say that people were happy with what they had. Prices are very reasonable and people who work there served us with a smile, making our visit to this restaurant a very enjoyable experience.

What can beat having a very good (and inexpensive) meal outside, next to a small (very small) waterfall? A better meal (also inexpensive) next to a small (very small) river/creek!!Wonderful food, warm, friendly service and a truly hospitable atmosphere (in typical Greek fashion): that's why I visited here 2 evenings in a row and would gladly have come again and will on my next visit to the area.Dear schles2016,Thank you very much for your kind words! We visited Pozar during easter and by chance tried Dafni taverna. Had the best beef in a long time and lamb chops plus florina peppers and beetroot salad, excellent! and the bill...amazing. Been there another two times, cannot recomend it enough. Also tried other places, no comparison. Pretty basic but well prepared and tasty food, excelent service by mrs Dafne and prices that are more than fair.
