Un VERO agriturismo
Reviewed By Lidia72bisMi dispiace molto non aver potuto godere del ristorante, ma sicuramente tornerò; l'alloggio è stato perfetto, camera molto spaziosa, tranquillissima, arredata in maniera semplice, ma con il necessario. La colazione è stata fantastica, apparecchiata con belle stoviglie e preparata con prodotti genuini fatti in casa, servita su una bella terrazza affacciata su un panorama bellissimo. Si tratta di un vero agriturismo, perchè parlando amabilmente con la simpatica proprietaria (una milanese innamorata di un sabino, e della Sabina) ho scoperto che fanno praticamente tutto loro: salumi, pane, pasta, dolci..anche la farina, che è fatta con il grano da loro coltivato. C'è anche una piscina di cui non ho usufruito, e comunque è un posto meravigliosamente immerso nella natura, e quindi certamente rigenerante.

The bed and breakfast “Podere Chiusa della Vasca” is located in the heart of the Sabine hills just 40 minutes from Rome. Surrounded by 5 acres of ancient olive groves, it overlooks a sunny green valley dominated by the magnificent old Farfa Abbey. As of Spring 2013 a swimming pool will be open for guests to bathe and laze in. The accommodations consist in three rooms, each with its own bath. The rooms have independent access from the garden. They are provided with complimentary environmentally friendly soap, bath lotion and shampoo made with olive oil. A choice of teas is provided in every room. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the veranda depending on the season, and includes cakes,jam, yogurt, fresh fruit, milk, coffee and tea.Rome, Orvieto, Villa d’Este, Hadrian’s Villa, the franciscan sanctuaries are less then 40 minutes away.
Relaxing, peaceful Oasis in a beautiful setting

We feel bad we have never left a review but to be honest we always considered this place almost like our own little secret. We come every year when we need a relaxing and peaceful break. This little nest of tranquility lies between Farfa Abbey and nearby Castelneovo di Farfa. It has three beautiful rooms set away and to the side of the main part of the house with a swimming pool and plenty of beautiful mood lighting, garden furniture and olive trees to take shade under. Patrizia is a very gracious host, who lays out a really nice breakfast with a different addition every morning. She can also provide fabulous lunch and dinner on request if ordered in advance. Nearby you can go horse riding, visit the abbey and visit numerous bars or restaurants in the small villages in the surrounding area. Patrizia is so helpful with local information too. We would highly recommend this place. Its perfect for all styles of retreat, but if you like rural vistas, or you want somewhere for a relaxing break, or even if you practice yoga or any other form of exercise this would be the place for you. Easy and straight forward drive from Rome also.

Reviewed By 24Giovi74Non ho parole per descrivere questa home restaurant nascosto nel cuore della Sabina. posto incantevole, quasi incantato, dove il tempo si ferma una volta varcato l’ingresso della grande tenuta che ospita il B&B. Ulivi e alberi da frutto incorniciano una grande zona pranzo all’aperto con piscina annessa dove abbiamo degustato un ottimo prosecco offerto dal proprietario, il gentilissimo Marcello. Ospitalità eccellente così come il cibo rigorosamente a km0. Fantastica la struttura dove sono collocate le 4 camere del B&B, piene di oggetti ricercati e souvenir di vari paesi, tantissimi mobili vintage completano questa casa delle meraviglie! Ci ritirerò sicuramente e al più presto, è stato amore prima vista.

Reviewed By valentinadJ2806DHLa struttura è pulita, confortevole e le stanze organizzate bene, ampie e ben strutturate con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno comodo. Si può anche usare la piscina, piccola ma perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per Rieti e dintorni. La titolare è accogliente ma discreta.
