THE VILLAGE Antico Borgo Casalappi is an authentic stone village of 900 completely renovated with care to preserve its warmth and character. It consists of 42 apartments and covers eight hectares near the manor house and castle. . Antico Borgo Casalappi is enriched with fine finishes and common areas made of finely lit alleys, as a semicircular pool with sun terrace overlooking the entire valley, tennis court, barbecue area and a large play area for children.

Residence "Il Castagno Toscana” lies in the hills, near the mediaeval village of Campiglia Marittima. A converted Tuscan farmhouse, the building is divided into eight apartments – four on the ground floor, three on the first and one on the second. The building has been carefully and skilfully restored, every care being taken to retain the characteristics of traditional buildings, but with an eye to modern comforts. Each apartment has full air conditioning. There is a warm and covered swimming pool for all the guests.
