Have been here about 3-4 times. Great friendly service by some of the staffs here. Food are NICE here and mainly affordable compared to other popular franchise of similar type.
VALUE FOR MONEY. Highly recomended to have french toast and all the variaty of toast here...
Nice service by all staff and Special thanks to Kirtan for escorting us with umbrella as it was raining slightly. Great service guys, keep it up KOPITAN's.

The lamb chop is superb and the staff is very friendly! Keep it up! The place is comfortable and there are smoking and non smoking area. Music is soft and not too loud.

Surely one of best coffee choices in BM. I'm back here again today. Getting a Moccado Signature and brownie.The food are homemade Just right everything here. Cosy and warm setting. The best. Definitely worth a visit.

i went here on 10/10/15 to celebrate my friend's birthday.i took the birthday package decoration which include baloons and fresh flowers with a cost of RM120.The place is very sweet and have beautiful decoration.We have hi tea set ,chicken wings and banana with ice cream.the chicken wings is ok with a delicious spicy sauce.the banana with ice cream taste quite weird and the tea set consist of cake,sandwiches,macaroons,pavlova,biscuit,cheese tart,scones with strawberry jam and butter.i only like the macaroons an the cheese tart.others are at average.The service was very slow when we ordered chicken wings and ice cream because we did not include these food in our reservation before.Yo have to call few times for a menu and service.The hi tea set can not take away.We asked to bring a cake when the birthday girl sit and they play us few birthday songs.

This restaurant located in the ICON City, Bukit Mertajam. Being told that this is the only outlet in Penang. The environment is nice, food quality especially Shashimi is superb and never disappoint me. Services is considered above average as most of the service personnel do not talk much but once requested, they will attend to you without failed. Worth going restaurant.

A nice cafe for us to have a coffee break with friends.... But it could be better .... For example where all the cakes desert that served??? Visited on Sunday evening 7pm and available choice was like we jump in a shop at 11pm, which left only few pcs for the day. Overall coffee drinks taste & dark chocolate muffin Taste was good. Will visit again, really looking forward for the change in the sweets serve.....

Look Yuen is situated across 2 shop lots along a service road in Jalan Baru. Their dishes are simple and served quickly. I believe that some of their dishes are pre-made ahead. Some of our favorites are curry pork ribs, belacan chicken, and fish ball with glass noodles

This is one of the earliest Yam Rice Stall. The soup is super nice with sour taste. The pork is juicy and soft with the preserved pickles or cabbage. The rice is the best coz it is tasty and smells good!
