Reviewed By BartVL01A great location, not far from Old Town in Budva. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome like family. They were always happy to help you and always in for a chat. A nice garden to relax in and to drink something. Breakfast was good. During our last morning, they provided us with an early breakfast which was much appreciated. The room was clean.

Quiet, well located and a wonderful host
Reviewed By RobertStaicuWe stayed at Bevilacqua hotel for a week with 4 kids. We rented the big apartment with 3 bedrooms and a big leaving area. The host is very nice, takes time to take care of the guests and it is very helpful. You can get a few nice tips from his side about what to do and were to it in Muntenegru. Do not expect the luxury of a hotel, but you have everything you need and more. Just ask the owner for what you need. They even washed our clothes and towels for free. Recommend for family stay.

Reviewed By tea-bgHotel is new with good location. Spacious room, clean, very nice breakfast and staff just couldn't do more to make your stay memorable. Supermarket, cafés, restaurants...on the doorstep. Definitely will go back next time in Budva!

Как по мне, лучше бронировать отель не через агентство, а на прямую (дешевле + можно выбрать более лучшие номера). Тем более владелец отеля открыт к диалогу и очень не плохо говорит на русском. Единственный минус, который для меня был значимым, это расположение кондиционера. Он находится таким образом, что дует прямо на кровать. Следовательно, это может стать причиной неприятных последствий на отдыхе (простуда, бронхит и т.д.), которые могут свести на нет удовольствие от отдыха на все оставшееся время. Рекомендовал бы собственнику на будущее планировать расположение кондиционера таким образом, чтобы он не дул прямым потоком воздуха на людей. В идеале, это повесить его у изголовья кровати + добавить "Козырек", который будет препятствовать прямому потоку воздуха кондиционера. Либо, что еще лучше, повесить его над кухонным уголком, чтобы он вообще никак не дул на зону кровати. Все хорошо, но ситуация с кондиционером, толкает меня поставить 4. Так как отдых в солнечных странах без полноценной работы кондиционера в номере отеля, это не то, что добавляет комфорта.

Utterly awful not as advertised
Reviewed By jobY1353UYFirstly, upon arrival, it wasn’t made clear that the apartment was in a residential building and not a serviced apartment block as expected. There is no reception and we had to wait for the owner to let us in. The building and surrounds are not as advertised as there is now a large construction site metres from our apartment. As the pictures show, this is a large complex that has clearly been in construction for a while and has now totally blocked the sea view that is advertised. The same goes for the apartment itself, it has been redecorated and isn’t as shown. The photos online should have been updated. We were then informed that payment was needed in cash. We expected to pay on a card and this option not been available was never communicated beforehand. The total charged was €199 inc the tourist tax. However, the Booking.com app (see attached) said it would be €186. Why were we charged more and given no proof of payment? This was an inconvenience as, luckily we had cash, but then needed to transfer more and find a bank to replace this. The apartment stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt of stale water. Only one towel each was provided with one small towel that we had to use as bath mat, as there wasn’t one. Toilet rolls, dish cloths, washing up liquid, toiletries and tea towels were also not provided. Stable and basic things needed for a self-catering apartment. The tv in the lounge didn’t work, after an hour we managed to fix it, but the tv in the bedroom isn’t even connected to the electricity- again not as advertised. We had to ask for extra bedding, a sheet and thin blanket were brought to us, but no pillowcases. The balcony was dirty and had large pieces of wood board on it, presumably from construction. I have used Booking.com for many years and have genius-level 3 rating. Their customer service has been absolutely dreadful. Was told we would get a refund, then a month later told that we couldn't and photos we took of our stay are not proof as we could have obtained these online. Utterly shocking service, no callbacks and you never get to speak to the same person twice!
