Reviewed By Cliff CWe went to this hotel and were left with a deep feeling of mistrust. They tried to get more money out of us than was agreed upon. It was dirty too. Some of the dirt was probably sand blown in from the coast but still. Do yourself a favor and find some place else.

Reviewed By mlotto7A bit challenging to find...driving in to the city, hired a cab (who had to call his dispatch) to find this hotel. It is an older building. The staff and owner is VERY nice. I'd rather stay at a place like this vs a corporate big name any day. There is a lot of construction going on. The elevator did not work. Workers everywhere. It's a good thing. The hotel is located next to a police station. Rooms are nice. AC works great. We had two rooms with flat screen TVs and good cable channels. Wifi was fast. All was good in the room. Clean, comfortable. My kids swam in the pool. It is small, but clean. Listen...you get what you pay for. I paid $29 per room via an online site. It's a great deal.

Reviewed By PoppylincThis is a beautiful little oasis in the middle of the coastal dunes. It has gorgeous landscaped grounds with trees, tropical plants, and native birds to keep you company. It has a few cabanas spaced out around the property and a very nice pool and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hot water is plentiful. The beach is not that nice, with no shade trees and lots of driftwood but that is the nature of Caribbean beaches around the area. The best part of the place is the staff. They were always friendly and helpful and took care of all of our needs. They don't speak much English so a knowledge of Spanish is helpful. The restaurant is great but it closes at 5 PM so if you are a late eater, you will need to drive or take a taxi about 10 minutes to Boca del Rio. If you like a quiet place off the beaten path, this is the best place.

Nosotros lo encontramos por una aplicación y realizamos la reservacion por que veía muy bonito ingresando el sábado 13 de Noviembre y saliendo Lunes 15 de Noviembre Bueno pues cuando llegamos empezó la decepción proque el cuarto olía muchísimo a humedad, las persianas llenas de Mo los vasos que te ponen en el baño para enjuagarte la boca estaban todos sucios llenos de sarro. Bueno pues esa misma noche llegamos y conectamos nuestros celulares dos son de mi esposo uno personal y otro de su trabajo, como los conectó a un costado de él no había un buro en sí entonces el del trabajo lo dejó en el piso. Nos metimos a bañar y cual fue nuestra sorpresa que toda el agua se salió de la regadera y se inundó el cuarto, para nustra mala suerte se mojo el celular del trabajo de mi esposo y dejó de funcionar, hablamos a recepción y solo estaba el vigilante quien amablemente nos ayudo a limpiar el cuarto y sacar toda el agua. Al siguiente día pedimos hablar con la gerente pero no se encontraba solo la recepcionista y le dejamos nuestros datos para que comunicará con nosotros de inmediato y nunca llegó esa llamada. Esa noche me dijeron que no había respuesta de la "gerente" muy molesta pedí hablar con ella y a la de tantas tomó mi llamada y lo único que me dijo esque ya habia revisado el baño y ya había quedado pero que iba hablar con su corporativo para checar lo del celular y a las 9 am del domingo me tenia una repuesta. Hoy lunes 15 de Noviembre nuevamente nosotros pedimos hablar con esta señora proque nunca se presentó como se acordó a las 9am con una respuesta y lo peor que en una nueva llamada con ella nos dijo que fue nuestra responsabilidad haber dejado el celular en el piso como si supiéramos que todo el cuanto se iba a inundar. La noche nos salió en 2, 655 pesos por ser "boutique" y no tiene nada de lo que se ve en la página y la "gerente" nunca dio la cara. Tengo fotografías, videos de las instalaciones, lo hago para que no vuelvan a estafar a otros clientes NO dieron la cara NI una solución. Solo decían los empleados que no había una respuesta de esta señora. La "gerente" Empecé a investigar y también a varios clientes ya se les había salió el agua de la regadera osea no dan un manteniendo a sus instalaciones se esta cayendo a pedazos ya no funciona restaurante, la cerca eléctrica, cuando te bañas se sale toda el agua y se inunda tu cierto lo que pagamos fue la cantidad de 5,860 pesos por dos noches y si me duele porque lo único que pasamos fue un momento desagradable y no disfrutamos lo que pagamos.

Una alberca pequeña, ideal para los niños. La atención de recepción muy amable y atenta. Es una buena opción para una rápida escapada de fin de semana.

Un lugar aseado, cómodo y económico para estar en Veracruz
Reviewed By Kira PElegí este hotel por el precio. Y no me decepcioné. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, bastante aseado. Las camas cómodas y los blancos en buen estado. El baño muy amplio, limpio, tienen tina en perfecto estado. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, aunque para hacer modificaciones debes pedir el control remoto en recepción. La TV también, aunque no hay mucho que ver. Estuvimos en una de las habitaciones casi al fondo del hotel. Nada de ruido ni moscos! El wifi tiene excelente alcance en todo el hotel. La piscina está muy bonita y la mantienen muy limpia. Hay servicio de regaderas y sanitarios en esa misma area, en muy buen estado también. El personal del hotel es atento, discreto y amable. Casi no los notas. No está en una zona bonita, pero sí muy accesible para llegar con facilidad hacia Boca del Río. Plaza las Américas queda caminando y hay varios restaurantes, supermercados, la gasolinera y un Oxxo enfrente. Como está la avenida, consigues muy facil taxi a cualquier hora del día o de noche, así como autobuses a todas partes de la ciudad. Qué es lo único malo? Pues que definitivamente no es un hotel para gente bonita. Yo me sentí cómoda porque llegue en martes y hasta el jueves de tarde estuvimos casi solos. Luego ya el jueves por la tarde llegó más gente. Debido a las tarifas y a que está ubicado precisamente en la zona de moteles, hay más bien hombres y gente de no muy alto nivel. Definitivamente no te hospedes allí si quieres un lugar bonito, lujoso o más exclusivo. Está muy expuesto, ya que no hay portón ni nada que realmente lo aísle de la avenida, aunque es una zona muy tranquila, no se ven vagos o así. Creo que este hotel es más de lo que parece, ya que reitero que las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y muy limpias, pero los colores y decoraciones no ayudan mucho. Es claro que pasaron de ser motel de paso a intentar ser hotel familiar. Pero sí hay aún mucho por hacer si de verdad desean llegar a otro tipo de huesped.
