Actually the dinner tastes good. However, our choosed meal for our kids was very spicey. Neither the service warned us nor they discouraged us to select this meal. Even our kids couldnât eat the meal, wether the service nor the manager helped us to solve the situation. They even didnât offer other, suitable meal. Only sum poor remarks like, just to eat the non spicey parts of the meal (whereas everything was spicey). Cannot recommend this restaurant, sorrybetter pizza for you....if don't understand menu translated see you

We had an excellent evening at Restel de Fer. The service was wonderful throughout with lots of helpful local knowledge about the wines. The carpaccio of trout followed by fish balls with tomato and leek made a match in heaven with our bottle of Terre Di San Leonardo 2015.Dears HeatherFor us it was really a pleasure to meet you.In Our Region there is a lot of interesting Winery with people full of passion and really amazing Wine , but the Tenuta San Leonardo have some more! This friendly restaurant and bar is tucked away in a side street of central Riva De Garda. We dined there as a family of four and had a great meal. My daughters shared a Pizza (â¬15), as we were advised that sharing is the way to best enjoy the thick and rich base. I am an avid pizza baker and found the dough (risen over 48-72h) to be very tasty and special. I had the truffle risotto (â¬14) and my wife chose the salmon (â¬15). All dishes tasted incredibly good and cooked to perfection. My wife and i also tried local white wines by the glass, which were wonderful. There is also a range of very interesting local artisan beers available, which are worth a try. All four of us also shared a tasty meat/cheese platter and 2 great Tiramisu. The overall bill came to â¬91, which is about â¬10-15 above average for a family-of-four meal in Riva. But in my view it is absolutely worth the additional money. Service was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Locals stopped by for a drink and it was great to see community appeal of this place.
