Salento is not an area reknowned for its meat, that is fine,as the local cuisine can make up for that no prob, but after several months of fish and seafood and fresh cheeses, a nice steak is surely appreciated. we found the braceria by word of mouth and rightly so. The place was first a butcher shop and still is on one half of the building.I had a strip steak with french herbed butter, which was very tasty, but my husband's burger really caught my attention. The perfect combo of Italian and American. The bun was fresh and puffy, but not prefab and the fries were great. The restaurant is geared towards a younger crowd but that was half the fun. The prices were fair, about 35 euro for two.WE went back the next days for some BBQ meat and it was all very good. We will return!

Hélas je n'ai pas fait de photos. Mais le matin la petite boucherie vends une viande et des préparations de viandes fabuleuses. Le soir elle se transforme en petit restaurant rapide vendant toujours sa viande mais aussi toute sortes de préparations sous plusieurs format comme Hamburger maison fabuleux, sandwichs ou encore simplement viande grillée avec des frites super bonnes. N'hésitez pas à y faire un arrêt le soir, mais réservez une table !
