This seemed to be in the favor of younger people, although there were also older customers. Did not eat, but the burgers looked good. Best selection of beers in Porto Cesareo, but the bottle of Sierra Nevada which I had was already past its best before date. So it was a quick visit.

This is where I find a friendly face behind the bar whenever I'm in Porto late....Plenty of choice of bottled beers and wines, and two or three on the bar pumps too. The proprietor Stefano has a real interest in the drinks he serves, Also a selection of meats and cheeses are rustled up as snacks. The layout of the place is a little odd in that sometimes there are chairs and sometimes there are no seats/tables in the single room venue. During the summer I have several times enjoyed sitting outside watching the promenaders pass by on their outer circuit and then heading for home/hotel - until dawn is breaking...I know there is a plan for redevelopment of the interior over the winter, so perhaps the small critisisms I have will be addressed before it re opens in the spring of 2017. I shall certainly be found there again, and again!

This place is frequented by Italians so food is decent, especially if you want a change from seafood. Can choose your own meat. Do that, as ordering from menu can lead to disappointing results. Not romantic and haphazard arrival of orders. Good view and got bill reduced for limp looking entercote. Worth a second go after lessons learnt.

Sono stato a cena presso il ristorante Punta Grossa / Il corallo nel corso della mia vacanza. La location è molto bella e formale il ristorante si affaccia su una splendida piscina, di notte illuminata.Il personale è garbato e gentile.I piatti scelti erano davvero molto buoni , sopratutto i crudi e la disposizione nel piatto era veramente molto bella. I costi a mio avviso sono giusti, affermando sempre il fatto che il cibo è buono; eviterei solo di far gironzolare gatti nel ristorante che ti si avvicinano o ti saltano addosso mentre si cena. Servizio un poâ lentino nonostante fossimo solo 2/3 tavoli.Consiglio di provarlo.
