Ancora tanta strada da fare prima di poter raggiungere l'eccellenza. Buono l'impasto della pizza, che si è dimostrato molto digeribile, anche se con troppo bordo, buona anche la materia prima con la quale viene condita, simpatici e disponibili i ragazzi di sala, attenti e propositivi, buoni i dolci ma tanta confusione e perdita di tempo nell'organizzare i tavoli, si denota una pochissima esperienza in questo campo. Le pizze erano buone ma, se ti sono finiti degli ingredienti (vegetariani) per condire una determinata pizza, sei obbligato ad informare il cliente non devi portare la pizza al tavolo con altri tipi di verdure come nulla fosse, poca serietà da parte del titolare o forse del pizzaiolo, direi proprio di si, inoltre i clienti che aspettano di sedersi non si fanno aspettare dentro il locale tra i primi tavoli, ma educatamente fuori.Prezzi allineati alle altre pizzerie della zona, verso l'alto.Ci tornerei, certamente ma non più di sabato sera.

Visited this restaurant for dinner with the wife. The place is very modern-looking with a nice atmosphere to it. The pizza was huge and delicious, our only regret was being too full to finish them! Personally I would suggest having a starter and sharing a pizza between 2 people. Well served.

Piacevolissima sorpresa! Questo è ciò che mi viene da dire di questo ristorante. Servizio di prim'ordine, con il personale molto attento e presente. Ma la vera sorpresa è rappresentata dalle pizze. Non molto grandi ma, sicuramente le posso annoverare tra le più buone mai mangiate a Nicolosi. Prezzi competitivi.

We ate here before our trip up Etna and chose a decent bottle of Shiraz to drink, along with the "fried mixed starter" which had onion rings, potato croquettes, cheese balls, and battered vegetables. A huge bowl to share, we did our best. All tasty. Then, my wife had the mushroom ravioli with 'vegan cream' - she ate the lot! and I had the tuna pizza, which was huge and covered in mozzarella. I had to leave the crusts, but I ate the rest and felt suitably stuffed. We also had sides of grilled mushrooms and spinach, and even a big glass of Cointreau (my wife tried to describe port and this was what they brought.. Oh well ! ) . An excellent meal.

The large courtyard allows you to spend a quiet evening with friends. All the dishes have been chosen, well-assorted hors d'oeuvres, tender meat from the scallops and plenty of cous cous. Bottled wine deserves more attention, poor assortment of whites, red at oven temperature rather than cellar. Patience

Our family arrived 45 minutes before the restaurant opened, but Tony invited us in to enjoy a glass of wine and some appetizers while the kitchen staff prepared for the evening service. Our meals were fantastic. The whole experience was splendid. We are returning tonight for our final dinner in Sicily before returning to the US. Not to be missed.

We had a delicious lunch at Osteria Garibaldi. We started with caprese and procuitto con melon, and then ordered the INVOLTINI AL PISTACCHIO and the Ravioli Pistacchio di Bronti. The food and service were great! We would recommend this restaurant.

Went there without a booking on a Saturday night. Place is big but packed to the brim. We were asked to wait for 30 mins. It was something more than that (around an hour) but I couldn't complain because I had no booking. The pizza ordered arrived within a reasonable time notwithstanding all the patrons there were. It was great. Ingredients were fresh. Pizza size was bigger than normal. Prices are good.

After a day up at the Etna, we looked for a restaurant in Nicolosi and found LâOsteria del Siciliano. We were a party of 6, family and friends. The food, typically Sicilian, was outstanding from the amuse bouche to the nice carte des digestifs. It was fresh, prepared with taste, delicious and nicely served. The seafood appetizers were incredible, and so was the pasta alla catanese!The two owners run the place themselves, and pay attention to every detail, being present to make sure all goes fine, but in a very discrete way. Personnel is attentive, serviceable and very kind, also with our âdemandingâ children.We will certainly come back!

Best meal in Sicily, hands down. A must stop on the way down from Mount Etna. Friendly and attentive service authentic Sicilian cuisine period great meats and pasta. Fresh pasta include Tagliatore ragu Tagliatelle pea sauce or sausage sauce. I suggest you share your pasta. Everything is made on premise . Sausage Lamb Chops, steaks etc the wine is also made on premise. French fries are to die for the meat are fresh and cooked order. A must!!! stop!
