A Trattoria where you meet italian workers during lunch. A place to be. Staff is very friendly and speak english. Fritto Misto e Patatine perfetto!Tiramiso Home Made. And in Livorno a Ponce!!With wine, water and free appetizer 18 euro! Very Good Value for Money!

There can't be another first impression! And this first impression was great! Service on the highest level! Good choice of food and wine. Excellent in all ways. I was invited to try their famous tartar with 7 sauses. It was more than worth to have it. And steak Fiorentina, just delicious!!! No comments about wine! it's just superb!

It is definitely a truckers trattoria,there is nothing fancy to it but the food is abundant and earthy.so different from new modern eateries that spring here and there without roots.Did like the antipasto di mare and the padellata,I would have loved to try the pastas,they looked enticing but I resisted.prices from last century.

Not many customers on that weekday for lunch. Nice welcome and kind and efficient service. The waiter helped to translate the menu. We opted for a seafood platter and pasta with black truffle as starters, followed by pigeon and osso bucco as second dishes. Everything was excellent. Reasonable portions.Excellent deserts. Cost for two with two glasses of wine, coffee: 130EUR.

Guasticce was our stop over place before getting the ferry to Sardinia. rather than staying in the main busy Livorno, we've picked this lovely characteristic and typical in-land town a bit hidden away from the main cost. right below our B&B , we noticed this busy bar with the restaurant in the backyard and decided to give it a try considering ti was around lunch time. kitchen was still open and nearby workers were coming and going the place clearly ready or just satisifed of their lunch . so, what's best than a local place to enjoy the real local atmosphere and traditional food? and we all agreed. this had to be the place !we were welcomed to the end of the labour hall , after walking through the main bar area where all workers were busy getting their caffe, sipping their liquors and playing fussball quite outloud as the right typical Italian do.we were given a lonely but only table for two surrounded by everyone sitting along and around long tables...well, it was heaven on Earth. not for presentations or the Venue itself but for quality food ! we've had a bit of everything left in the kitchen but unfortunately we were one the last to order so when i've asked and re-order my secondo course , it was already too late and well gone. price was so ridiculous considering the quantity and quality of their dishes. it was so great. we spent nothing and we ate all well and a lot ! what a marvellous place. i definitely suggest to whoever is nearby or go from place to place around the area. so, if you find yourself close to Guasticce around lunch time of an ordinary working day of the week, please do not miss the experience of having your lunch at ARCI :)BRAVI CiaoEPi

I had lunch with some friends last weekend at La Dea Partenope. Th restaurant is placed greatly for people travelling in Tuscany, especially for those going to the Pisa Airport.We had gnocchi alla Sorrentina, spaghetti walnuts, black olives, aglio, olio e peperoncino and tagliolini with shrimps. As a second dish we had polpo and friarelli. As a dessert we got pastiera.All the food was great the only problem is that there was only a waiter to attend all the customers (and there were 5/6 tables of 4 people each) so it took some time to have lunch, but the food was great and the price was not too expensive either. Great place!

What a wonderful Surprise! On our first night in Livorno we experimented with a surprise visit, (That's right, No Reservation!) to La Corsara restaurant on SS555 in Collesalvetti, next to Stagno, which is in north Livorno, Just south of the busy Fi-Pi-Li expressway.Although we Do Not Speak Italian, and we had left our translator at the hotel, We were warmly welcomed and treated like royalty, with meal and dessert suggestions, along with a free wine upgrade. What a wonderful two hour, three course meal for only 45 euros for two!It's a small, warm, friendly, up-market place with a big reputation and very fair prices. Don't Miss It!

Sono stato con la mia famiglia presso questo ristorante in questo ponte di fine aprile.La location esternamente è molto carina e dà la sensazione di relax tipica degli agriturismi, circondati dal verde. La posizione è ottima essendo comunque vicina a Pisa, a Livorno ed in generale al mare.Sinceramente non sono rimasto entusiasta dell'offerta culinaria, per la quale non mi sentirei di consigliare il ristorante.C'è offerta sia di carne sia di pesce, ma sinceramente di quest'ultima, per quello che abbiamo ordinato, sia l'antipasto di mare sia lo spaghetto allo scoglio non mi hanno per niente convinto, secondo me si potrebbe anche fare a meno di proporre il pesce. Pensando alle pietanze di terra, in pratica tutta la cucina prescinde dal pepe, e trovare una pietanza senza questa spezia non è stato facile. Tra i vari antipasti, la proposta de mix di pecorini con miele e confettura l'ho trovata un pò sciatta, 10 euro per diverse fette di formaggio e 2 ciotoline piccole di miele e confettura, secondo me non era buona. Per quel prezzo sarebbe più idoneo aggiungere un miele quantomeno più pregiato ed un ulteriore confettura. I primi al ragù di cinta senese erano buoni, come del resto mediamente anche le tagliate, mentre le costolette di agnello erano decisamente deludenti. I dolci non mi sono rimasti impressi, un'offerta non del tutto gradita da noi.Del ristorante mi pare di poter affermare che sia una buona scelta per alcuni primi e per le tagliate, ma recarcisi per il pesce o qualcosa che non contempli alternative al pepe potrebbe rivelarsi non proprio una scelta vincente. I prezzi secondo me sono un pò alti,

Couldn't find the place we were looking for and as it was late stopped here for a meal.The building is a rather ugly modern building in a commercial area just off the road but they have done their best with the decor. Crostini shared as a starter was an interesting selection then followed by pizzas which were very good. Seemed like a good wine selection but we didn't partake. For some reason we got 20% off the meal, (midweek special?). Not complaining.Would be an ideal stop with kids as they have an inside play area with bouncy castle. Perhaps not the spot for a romantic intimate meal but decent food nevertheless.

Located inside the small town of vicarello (close to Firenze Livorno freeway), it is not easy to find it. When you have found it, enjoy how good his dishes are!Suggestion: raw fish with fresh fruit, sea carbonara, and above all the unforgettable "catalana", with raw vegetables and fresh fruit (papaya, blackberry, raspberry...) accompaining shrimps and scampi.Service careful and kind, really a place to be back!
