Not a fancy place (go to the nearby Hotel Pagoda's restaurant for higher class dining).It's definitely a romantic place, if you appreciate simplicity.PROs: location (a spectacular, tiny, unglamorous, really charming, tiny harbor): kind service, food (spectacular Trofie al Pesto, Spectacular Tiramisu', so-so fried fish), value, overall out of time experience.CONs: can't really think of any, once it's clear that this is a basic place.

This place cumulates years of history and experience, and it is possibly one of the main factors keeping Nervi's small harbour an alive and animated place; ambiance starts happily in late afternoon, and gets ahead very late during night. The place is beautifully located down the narrow lane from the main Nervi's road, on the western side of the village, just close to the Nervi team waterpolo pool. The view from the veranda is just enchanting, facing the sea shore promenade fair slope along the coastline, and the magnificent small gulf, embraced by the rocky coast and the long wharf, with a romantic sea signal light blinking at its edge.There is a vast choiche of quality beers, a good variety of sparkling wines and many quality spirits. Food can be as tasty and quality-made as in a very good restaurant, although pub-type food is prevailing, yet at its best.The owner, Felice D'Abramo should be possibly endorsed the Nobel Prize for Peace, for having provided many enjoyable night to a good pair of generations of young folks, sponsoring serious flirting and the magic of meeting. The staff is featuring a major team of highly trained professionals. The place is just fantastic, and so is Nervi.
