First of all, lets remark that a two-course dinner for two cost only 15 ⬠per person, incl. wine.The 'ok' is actually a good description of the experience. The food was 'ok' in the sense of 'nothing special' but also not terrible.The glasses on the table had dishwasher residue on them (all 4 that were standing there). Upon pointing this out, we were given one glass (for 2 people) that was washed by hand.The wine was also not to our liking, sour and uninventive.The service was a bit slow but apart from the glass incident correct.

We were looking for a restaurant that serves good fish dishes. We booked a table at RIstorante Pizzeria Tancau and were not disappointed. We had starters, mains, desert and coffee and they were all lovely. Fresh, tasty, well prepared and plated and served nice and hot. We had a table at the front, with seaview. We had a nice bottle of local white wine and our bill was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

La particolarità di questo accogliente locale è la gentilezza del personale: ragazzi giovani e motivati. E anche bravi! il cappuccino della ragazza del banco è il migliore che si possa trovare a S. Maria. La sera poi è piacevole fermarsi per un pasto veloce: pizzette, panini ma anche primi piatti e piatti composti. Assolutamente consigliato.

The pizza is unbelievable . When it comes to a good pizza it's all about the crust. Crispy, light and buttery. The toppings are all fresh and high quality hence making for a spectacular pizza. We also tried the gnocci alla scoglia and panfried calamari. The seafood was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended eating here. We were so impressed we came back twoâ°0 nights in a row. Added bonus in that prices are very competitive. Staff friendly and helpful .

We ate here on two occasions while staying at the nearby Tancau Village. You get a lovely view of the beach while eating and the service is competent although we had longer waits the second time when the restaurant was very busy, which was understandable. We had 4 pizzas over the course of two visits and they were all excellent. Toppings are very generous and the base is typical thin and crispy Italian style. It was the best dining experience we had in the Santa Maria Navarrese area all holiday.

Sometimes it only needs to be said that the staff were friendly, attentive and food good. Such was the case on our visit to this restaurant tonight.â¬43 with service charge bought us a Margarita Pizza, Mussels in white wine sauce, grilled scampi, mixed salad, beer and a cappuccino. All perfect. I would recommend to others.

We went for another pizza. Driving around SM Navaresse, we found this little wood oven pizzeria. It was a great choice. First we were doubting if we made the right choice as we were the only ones there. But soon we notices the delivery guy constantly going in and out with pizza boxes. I guess only locals order take-away pizzas. If locals choose their pizzas, we really did make the best choice. Als very good prices!

The experience of enjoying a simple (and inexpensive) lunch of pizza and cold beer (Orangina for the kids) was elevated by the ambiance and great service. The centuries old olive trees provide a lovely canopy and there's a pleasant breeze on the terrace, a welcome respite from the hot sun just a few feet away on the beach.

We ate here twice during our stay in nearby Baunei. The food is lovely, very authentic and fresh and flavoursome. I had the goat stew one night (huge, filling portion) and then the meatballs and pasta another night. Both amazing meals. Very friendly and attentive service, well worth a visit. Book in advance as it oes get busy every night.
