This restaurant is at the waterfront which is below street level. We found it looking for a different restaurant. The food was reasonable and good. Good service with a personable waiter. There are two ways to get here. One is an elevator from the street level for .50 euro each way. The other is a zigzagging street. The elevator closes at 9pm. We spent here a lovely family night after a day in busy Capri! Easy to access from Sorrento (we were by car), parking in the restaurant yard and a lovely terrace with a view. We had seafood antipasta, pizza, seafood pasta, pork, gamberi and squids and everything was very tasty. Also the staff is very nice, definetly worth the visit.

We had dinner here a couple of times during our stay in Sorrento. The service is very good and the food very good value. Delicious lasagne and Limoncello spritz were my favourites as were the pizzas. Complementary limoncellos were given out during dinner and on our way out. Relaxing and fun!

You know you are onto a winner! So it proves with this gem of a restaurant. The pizza is awesome and in generous quantities also! I ordered a medium and it would feed a medium sized army! On another occasion, I ordered a delicious seafood risotto. The arrancini (deep fried rice balls) are also brilliant. Throw in a competitive price and you have yourself a brilliant restaurant.Thanks!!

Recommended by our AirBNB host Salvo - landed in Naples and drove straight here for lunch. Super friendly people, helped us with our poor Italian, great help with my wifeâs Gluten intolerance. Food was awesome - so fresh, so tasty and so well prepared and served - definitely on our revisit list even though weâve only a few days here. Grazie Mille!!!!

...as this is a relatively secret place, amd one of the last places around Sorrento which is feeling like origin and old Italy. I do not want that this gets destroyed. The place is magic, away from touristic bahooo, it is calm and ancient. Pizza are of excellent quality and are served across the street. Sitting in the village piazza together with the inhabitants of the small village. This is real Italy. Thank you for this place!

Golden beach is a great place to have dinner by the beach! The hostess showed us all the fresh fish of the day and explained what ways each could be prepared. Everything was so fresh! The seafood pasta is amazing. They were very accommodating as we do not speak Italian. The staff was friendly and was there for anything we needed! Would recommend!

Groups are going there to eat pizza, mozzarella and steaks. All seafood is frozen so not fresh. What we had in terms of fried plates and mozzarella were fresh but if you are a fin gourmet, don't expect anything from this restaurant. This little restaurant is a bright spot in the town but is otherwise pretty drab. The food is good and very reasonably priced. The service is friendly and very efficient. There were many locals coming in to this restaurant when I was there, a good sign as the people who live here obviously know it is a good place to dine. There is the patisserie next-door that serves gelato at 2 Euros for two scoops. Visit these two places for a tasty yet economical night out in Meta!

Rather embarrassingly we ate pizza from here on 4 occasions whilst staying at the Grand La Pace for 2 weeks which is a minutes walk away from this amazing pizzeria.After finding the food at the hotel rather bland and repetitive we ventured around the corner after spotting this place recommended on TripAdvisor. We were definitely not disappointed. Itâs a no frills kind of place with cardboard cutouts of the Pope and the Queen and lots of beer themed bits and bobs around as decoration but my God they make the best pizza that my husband and I have ever eaten. The barbecue pizza in particular was amazing and the fried chicken wings starter was also great.The food and the beer were ridiculously cheap, less than â¬20 for 2 huge pizzas and a couple of large beers. You never felt rushed and the staff were pleasant and happily boxed up and leftovers for you to takeaway as the pizzas were so big.I couldnât recommend this pizzeria highly enough and wish that I could find pizza as good as this in the UK.
