Super food and great location... pizza is a good choice although there are many other options to chose from. Whilst atmosphere is very nice, it's a fairly lively place and attracts many families with small kids. Super experience to visit here. A little away from the town needing transportation but well worth the effort.

Everything about La Taverna degli Artisti is average: the food (they specialize in pizza of course), service (pressured when full) and value (fair prices for the food & service). Would I dine here again? Probably not. Would I recommend it to others? Only on a Sunday night when most other venues are closed and you want pizza.

We discovered Pizza Doc from the recommendation of staff at the place we were staying (Borgo Di Fontebussi) and couldn't have been happier with our discover. The pizzas here are absolutely delicious, I'd go so far as to say they're the best pizzas we've had during our time in Italy so far. They're also really well priced!One night during our stay in the area we ordered 15 pizzas to feed 20 people and the staff were incredibly accommodating and quick in their preparation. The owner Candida couldn't have been sweeter and was an absolute delight the few times we visited, she alone would make the trip here worth it, the fact that the pizzas are so delicious seals the deal!

Siamo in un circolo, un ambiente semplice e un po' confusionario, la stanza è molto grande ma passa tutto in secondo piano perché la pizza è molto buona, fine e cotta bene, molta varietà nei gusti. Come dolce abbiamo preso il tortino al cioccolato che è molto gustoso. Meglio prenotare.

A surprise in Montevarchi where we stayed for one night.La Buca di Ipo offers delicious seafood (e.g. gran piatto crudo), pasta, pizza⦠Typical Italian food with very small prices. And the service is nice and excellent.Itâs better to eat outside (in the street but very few cars are passing).If you are staying in the Chianti, donât hesitate to visit La Buca di Ipo.Thank you very much

Took a taxi here from our villa and enjoyed a nice meal outside under a veranda. The pizzas were delicious. The seafood pasta dish left something to be desired with little recognizable seafood compared to similar dishes at other restaurants. It's in an industrial park on the other side if the highway fro Terrenuova Brocciolini.

We had a five-star experience here, which I define as food quality exceeding expectations and something special in the service. The good-natured waitress had trouble explaining some dishes, and enlisted the enthusiastic help of a diner at a neighboring table. Our resulting seafood lunch was ample and delicious. Reasonable prices completed the nice time we had.

We have been eating here almost every evening because of the great service from Mateo and his parents and the amazing food (especially the pasta's and the anti pasta like the meats and cheeses).They are great with kids (thanks for the drawing pencils every time Simon and Josephine can make nice drawings), price quality is extremely good and even the wifi works perfect. We can recommend La Cantinetta to everybody...For dessert it is great to stop by at " I â¤ï¸..." for the best italian ice cream only 50 meters further in the same street

Pasta is really delicious... once you found the restaurant opened :). They have no opening hours written outside and when the restaurant is closed it looks abandoned. We found it opened only by accident. For the locals it is fine but for tourists quite a challenge, moreover as no one around speaks any language but Italian :).
