It is situated 44 kilometres (27 miles) northeast of Bologna, on the Po di Volano, a branch channel of the main stream of the Po River, located 5 km (3 miles) north. The town has broad streets and numerous palaces dating from the Renaissance, when it hosted the court of the House of Este. For its beauty and cultural importance, it has been designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

I went to Sidun with two colleagues after placing a reservation for a table. When we arrived, we were the only customers, but it was still pretty early. We picked a table and the waiter, probably also the owner of the restaurant, took our order after describing the Lebanese cuisine. We picked a plate with a taste of everything and were not disappointed. Everything was tasting great and later on we wondered, why we were the only guests that night. However, the waiter spoke English, Italian and a bit german (probably Lebanese as well) and was very into French and Italian singers from the sixties to eighties, so that in the end we were listening to some very popular songs.Very nice experience and very good food - taste and quality.I can only recommend that restaurant! 5/5Helo,Thank you for your visit and your review.It was our pleasure to serve you and your colleagues.We hope that our cuisine and service was satisfactory andthat you were pleased with having selected Sidun. This is definitely the kind of restaurant that has to be supported by all locals. It offers great Middle-Eastern and original Falafel that you cannot find anywhere else in Ferrara. Their service is also excellent.. A very nice and friendly family business. Highly recommended.

Ate here recently and found it to be a pleasant surprise. The food, while not spicy, was flavorful and the waiter's very helpful. The house wine is tasty and cheap and the whole meal was inexpensive. I would eat here again.
