This restaurant is too charming. The service is good. The food is ok. I don't know if it is expensive, because I haven't paied the bill. I've been there in a work trip. It is near to Gastronomy University of Pellentia.

Different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences make this Osteria a crossover of tastes and languages. Our shared passion for food and the desire to make a meal at Osteria Veglio special for each one of our guests determines our concept. We believe in th
This is our favourite place in La Morra. It is located in the small hamlet of Annunziata, in the midst of the vineyards, with a terrace providing a beautiful view. The restaurant is run by two young couples and food is always awesome! Wine list is getting better and better - that takes time, but already you are spoilt for choice. Among our favourites here are giardiniera, agnolotto (fantastic!), filled zucchini flower, capretto and affogato. Also very good seafood!

We ate 2 times last week in the Savino Mongelli. It was twice a true and full experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the calmness and friendliness of people working in the restaurant gave the excellent food & wine combination THE extra boost and lifted the whole evening to a super and full experience to which I definitely will return.Willy Lenaerts

Hotel restaurant, with beautiful terrasse and view on vineyards and hills full of Nebbiolo. The food is very Piedmont-focused, with delicious local veal, unavoidable pasta with white truffles of Alba or imaginative potato gnocchi with egg-yolk inside. Large wine list, a bit in young end but still with good and well priced offering

With high expectations and huge desire to dine on truffles, we arrived at this cute small village of Roddi. A few parking places are available in front the restaurant, which was very convenient. After entering the restaurant we were guided downstairs to the dining hal which gave it somehow an experience of walking down to a callar. The restaurant is not very large as it's often the case in this part of the world. Not only does it usually imply that the place is a family run place, but you can also pretty much be sure that there is certainly not a mass cooking and the chef has more time to work on the perfection of the disches he serves. So,we can say that all the elements are there for a perfect dinner; you have great produce + truffles, full occupation eliminating the risks of waste and guaranteeing use of freshest ingredients, no mass resulting in greater care in preparation of food and service! And yes, like many other fantastic restaurants in this region, also La Volta Rossa was trully a great culinary experience! The maitre was very professional and helpful. We ordered the truffle menu + nice bottle of barbaresco and it was trully amazing. The combinations that I will foster for a long time were truffles with egg, gnocchi with cheese and tartufo and the meat dish. The price was indeed high for this experience, but believe me, if you're a foodie, you'll not regret any second!

Located close to La Morra, in a small community, this outstanding restaurant is certainty worth a visit. The restaurant is highly rated by most visitors. Chef Franco is clearly a talented chef and focuses on the best local ingredients the season can provide. For our visit, he made sure my wife's food allergies were accommodated, without sacrificing t all the excellence of our dishes. Service is efficient and friendly. As expected, the wine list is reflective of the outstanding wines produced in the region.

This is a little simple restaurant situated just nearby the entrance to Albergo Castello di Verduno. It looks very unpretentious but the short menu is very good, everything tasty and prepared with local products and vegetables. Service friendly and helpful. Drink one of the excellent Pela Verga wines and pay a very convenient price for everything. I would say that the food in this simple trattoria is definitely more tasteful than the one served in the restaurant of the Albergo which is to my taste bland and not priceworth. The location in a quiet piazza near the church San Michele and the park of Verduno is very nice. Wi-fi free on the premises.

just in the center of Barolo valley, this restaurant is a little pearl both for food and wine and the lovely location. Menù is excellent ( try the Pancetta roasted) and wine superb. Correct the prices. Booking is a must.

Agnulot, named after the traditional Piedmontese agnolotti (ravioli) is a restaurant of tiny dimensions-just 18 seats & a bar overlooking the open kitchen. Our cuisine is inspired by Piedmont's culinary tradition with particular attention to dishes from t
Small restaurant, obviously a labour of love. Small team, just two talented and humble women. Small dining room, with a huge picture window into a spotless kitchen. Small menu, big traditional Piedmontese flavours, changes every week. The team offers confident, modern interpretations and presentations, and cook with excellent, fresh ingredients. Mozzarella and tomato salad, pasta, guinea fowl were all sublime. Bread and desserts, made on the premises, were delicious. The olive bread was strong on flavour, though it was slightly under-baked. Good wine list, reasonably priced. Genuine, generous and tireless service from the intelligent and thoughtful team. They provide a warm, relaxed and comfortable setting, including a wheelchair-accessible ramp and bathroom. They deserve to do well. Tip: try the agnolotti.
