A very nice restaurant located on the Grand Hotel de La Ville. Menu has not a plenty of options, but more than enough for a nice dinner. Italian menu with a international tok.

Came across this place while wandering through Parma. They managed to fit us in early on a Saturday evening. Very generous portion of Parma ham and pane fritto followed by enjoyable primi piatti (risotto, pasta and lasagne). Good service apart from forgetting our dessert order. Reasonable prices.

Ho pranzato con dei colleghi in questo posto durante una trasferta di lavoro a Reggio Emilia. Il locale è molto carino, luminoso, con un bel giardino e l'arredamento curato, moderno, particolare, ma comunque familiare ed informale. Il personale è abbastanza gentile e molto preparato, il servizio curato e veloce. Io ho preso un filetto con i porcini molto buono, con carne ben cotta e morbidissima. Poi delle verdure grigliate di contorno. E per finire un ottimo zuccottino di zuppa inglese, davvero grazioso e appetitoso. Mi segnerò questo posto per la prossima trasferta. Grazie di cuore.

This restaurant is located in the small town of Montecchio. It moved around a year ago from the original Red Lion site to a new larger location on top of a shopping centre just 2 minutes down the road. It feels a little Chinese as you approach with the Red Lion theme, a large rising or setting sun mural on the wall and even a lantern style lamp illuminating the outside seating area. But once inside it's unmistakably Italian. Our group all opted for the huge metre long pizza's mostly accompanied by beer which is a good thing as the beer selection is huge, varied and excellent.The pizzas were huge, magnificent and full of flavour. I'm sure the full menu is also good but on pizza and beer alone this is a 5 star establishment. Service was also friendly and efficient.

We celebrated a birthday in this nice restaurant on a main road between S. Ilaria and Parma.Very authentic, mostly local people of all ages, including familiesWe had tortelli zucca as primo, a typical Emilian pasta filled with pumpkin. Excellent.As secondo we chose a fritto calamari and a bistecca ferra, respectively. Good.Including beverages, salad, dessert and coffee we paid 69⬠for the two of us. In my view we received very good value for money.

You need a car to get to the place, no public transportation. It's located very much on the countryside and not far from Parma. The other condition to visit the place is to want to eat typical Parma Food, Parma dishes. The last condition is to have a hearty appetite, no place for diets, vegans, vegetarians or special food requirement. Is eating as one did 100 years ago after a long day of hard work on the fields. This weekly special includes all you can eat deep fried shrimp, crab legs, and perch. If you enjoy seafood, then this special is one offer you wont want to miss.Ristorante Mareluna has offered decent service when I have been there. I have noticed that the wait time is typically somewhat lengthy, and a good 30 minute wait can be expected. However the wait staff was very kind and friendly which made the wait not as bad. But if you are just looking to grab a quick bit to eat, then Mareluna's probably is not the best choice for you. After eating at Ristorante Mareluna , I would recommend this restaurant because it is family and kid friendly. The environment is laid back and casual and the outdoor.
