We have been to Merano many times, always during Autumn. We visited Lalessandra many times, food way always great and the location nice and tradional (a classical Italian Fish Restaurant, with the owner going around and giving advices about what to eat and to drink). We have been there now again some days ago, and: the food war terrible, and the owner very unfriedly. Needless to say that this was a bad surprise. Won't go there anymore for sure!

Now quite difficult to fine one place popular prices and have good qualities. This place its one of some left. Noisy, nearrow, not romantic, serving like " I don't care", but qualities of foods will make you forgot all, more after look in to the bill, you can wear sunglass, look cool and say "I will be back".

âI Love This restaurant â family run place with nice folks,this exciting venue offers a real down-home made experience. Everything here is handmade same day, the quality is fabulous that means a lot to me. The chef owner Anna work alone, very hard, producing intelligent, delicate food in courses that come at you in lovely waves The service very courteous and extremely knowledgeable Owner Luis and daughter make your experience just excellent I'm a wine lover they have a fantastic selection of wines from the region südtirol as well international outwards. The pizzas are awesome!! Thin and crusty. The Craft Beer selection is pretty nice. Brewery from Italy, Austria, Germany.The staff was very nice and kind. Always making sure that nothing was missing. We tried the baked chicken with ham and cheese... it was very juicy! And the salad with beef stripes (for the one who donot want to indulge the amazing pizzas) is a great alternative. And for the starter I shall recommend the Bruschetta... delicious...)Great Job Guys!!!!

Well, who would not be impressed with the view from this great restaurant. Merano and its surrounding mountains seem to be at your feet. We eat on the sun kissed Terrence enjoying a lovely early autumn lunch.Our food was delicate and very tasty. I had the troffiette with mushrooms and cheese and my partner the pasta with veal ragout and truffles. The Apfestrudel desert with homemade vanilla ice cream was lovely too. Great wine selection by the glass. It is not a cheap eat, but it is well worth it.

I took my parents there for their 56th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is very nice (I would avoid eating in the "stube"), very typical Tyrolean. The service was extraordinary and the food exceptional. I actually found it difficult to choose just one starter, one main course and one desert. The wine recommended was perfect and it was one of the more reasonably priced one. Book well in advance

It has been a while since we were there; but, we are planning to go back soon. This magnificent gem in the Italian Alps is a five star experience! Fabulous views, spectacular food, and the ambiance of a Hapsburgâs hunting lodge! This is a rare find while climbing the Brenner pass either on your way to Austria or visiting Italy. We had seen reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to make a reservation. The restaurant itself is very appealing and beautifully decorated. The service from the seating to the check was outstanding. Without being obtrusive our waitress was there to give more water, bread and even more ice without ever asking. The owner dropped by to make sure all was to our liking. The food was well prepared with fresh and locally grown vegetables. The pasta was cooked just right, the specials were unusual combinations, but perfect to the taste. Our party has risotto, lasagna and shrimp. Every dish was exception. Each table is decorate with a basket of fruit. The owner brought us some cherries as well. We were offered an after dinner drink but passed on dessert(too full). I guarantee you will not be disappointed..

An unusual find in Suedtirol: US and Argentinian beef. The owner's passion for his product can be felt in every aspect of this restaurant.
