A tasteful taverna in all the senses: beautiful location, beautiful scenery, decorarion, atmosphere. The food was full of flavour and the service was great! Good selection of local wines. Defenetly my favourite restaurant in Crete so far. I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Zacharias.

We came to Oasis for three nights during our stay in Lendas, The setting is beautiful, on the western edge of the village on the sea. The food is all cooked by the mother and served by the daughters, Maria and Stella. The father helps also as does a cousin, You are brought in to the kitchen to select the dishes of the day or can order from the menu. After the meal there is complementary raki or limoncello and a little dessert. If you want to experience the real food of crete with no fuss this is the place, It is simple but very genuine, a real welcome is given to all, they remember your name and greet you the following day. Fantastic and should be rated much higher on Trip Advisor

Small waterside family restaurant with good selection of classic fare. Good taramasalata,cold drafts, and descent house white. Food was fresh and well prepared if a bit skimpy. Had sardines,octopus, greek salad. Service was quite good and helpful. Finished the meal with the obligatory raki and a chunk of grandmaâs apple cinnamon cake. The only real negative is we had to ask for Olive Oil and when it arrived it was in packets...thats like ordering a good wine in France and it is served in a paper cup....I donât understand.

This restaurant is a great place, just on top of the cliff facing the beautifull Loutra bay it has a wonderfull view.The suvlaky is perfect and Niko, the host with his mother, father and brothers are realy nice people.Come here on your way to Trahula beach, an increadible beach in this area.

Taverna Poseidon is the place to go in Lentas. Right on the main square, you can park, sit down in the veranda, and still see water pounding in from the Cretan Sea around "the lion." (Very impressive! You must walk up it!0 The food is always excellent at Taverna Poseidon and so is the wine. (Don't miss the raki!) My wife had lamb chops I think three times running; I had a wonderful fish one evening that was excellent. Giorgios, your host, and his dad are really welcoming and want you to be happy. Giorgios' upbeat ways and warm smiles will uplift you and soon you will be friends. It's a great time there - Lentas is a wonderful place - and it's really like eating with family the minute you walk into the Taverna Poseidon. Don't miss it!
