Find out what Lebanese restaurants to try in Thessaloniki. Thessaloniki (Greek: Θεσσαλονίκη, Thessaloníki [θesaloˈnici] ( listen)), also familiarly known as Thessalonica or Salonica, is the second-largest city in Greece, with over 1 million inhabitants in its metropolitan area, and the capital of Macedonia, the administrative region of Central Macedonia and the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace. Its nickname is η Συμπρωτεύουσα (Symprotévousa), literally "the co-capital", a reference to its historical status as the Συμβασιλεύουσα (Symvasilévousa) or "co-reigning" city of the Eastern Roman (Byzantine) Empire, alongside Constantinople.

FALAFEL AND MORE Vegetarian and Middle Eastern Great Food in the Center of the Thessaloniki

Intrigued by the hordes of people that were rushing to place their orders here, we decided to try our luck. Being avid meat lovers, we were initially looking for some souvlaki, but this wonderful restaurant sure changed our minds! We ordered a "beyond burger" (which we learned is produced by an American company pushing for healthier meat alternatives, led by people such as Bill Gates and Leonardo DiCaprio), which came with some delicious sweet potato fries. The plant-based burger itself was not only super tasty, but I could also not tell the difference from any high quality beef burger! Combined with the very reasonable price, we will definitely be going back for more, and I think I might even consider switching from meat options.Absolutely recommended!Thank you for your great review! Traditional and authentic Arabic food

Had a perfect falafel wrap here. Was craving falafel for a few days so followed TripAdvisor to this place and it was exactly what I was hoping for. All ingredients were fresh and crisp, falafel was tasty and not over saturated in dressing as these types of foods often are, just really well balanced. And in addition to this the staff was sweet and welcoming. Will definitely come back to try out the rest of the menu.

Exceptional alternative dishes in appropriate prices (not that cheap but ok for this quality). Smells and tastes from middle east. We had many dishes like Falafel (excellent), Suaf from chops of matured veal (excellent), Kabap which is lamb of minced meat (very good), Koumpe - stuffed meat balls with onion, pine and rhodium syrup (very good), Lamb chops (very good), Tamboule and Massaya salad. The salads were very well prepared and balanced. The portions were ok the owner and the stuff were very polite and they were considering about our dining. Tidy and clean but the outside is a little bit avarage.
