This is a quality establishment. The welcome and the service were excellent. We dropped by for an evening takeaway but the smells from the kitchen and the pizza oven were amazing and it persuaded us to stay and eat in. The service was efficient and friendly, great interactions with all the staff that served us over two visits. The food was incredible, of particular note were the cheesey dough balls with garlic butter (totally amazing), the spinach and ricotta canelloni and the pizzas. Portions were generous and the quality second to none. If you are in the area this is certainly a place to visit and they also deliver to the surrounding area, including camp sites too.

This exciting new restaurant offers a friendly and informal environment in which to enjoy great food with family and friends. Offering a rustic, casual menu including freshly made pizza, pasta and other fabulous fare, the Cider House Kitchen is open 5 day
We had a lovely meal here. I had the sea bass which was delicious and my husband had a pizza which he thoroughly enjoyed. We were staying at Crouchers and it was lovely to find a restaurant that wasn't too formal. It also had a good choice of drinks. We visited during their one year anniversary and were sitting in front of the live music which meant it was quite difficult to carry on a conversation which was the only drawback. Overall a lovely buzzy atmosphere and we would visit again.Hi Sue, we're so pleased to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your recent meal and that you felt the sea bass was delicious and that your Husband enjoyed his pizza too! We're sorry to hear that you felt it difficult to hold a conversation due to the music, we will take this on board and use it constructively in the future. Thank you for your review and we do hope to welcome you again soon!

It was meant to be a ruby wedding anniversary celebration with friends, but ended up being a bitter disappointment following the worst service we have experienced. I made the booking weeks ago and followed it up with a visit to the restaurant two days before. My friend is partially sited so I wanted to ensure we had the table by the window where it was bright. When we arrived, the table I requested was occupied. We were asked to sit in the middle of the room where it was dark and noisy to wait for the table to become available (why were they not sat at this table in the first place was beyond me?) The waitress came over to take our drink order, we were never asked at any point later in the evening if we would like another....We then ordered our starters and mains at the same time. Food was okay, not overly special, we have all ate far better Italian dishes elsewhere. My meal in particular was warm, not hot, so I found myself eating it quickly before it turned cold. The table was cleared and the dessert menu offered and that's where it ended. We were totally forgotten about. Part of the reason for choosing Mamma Mia was to try the homemade lemon cheesecake as this came highly recommended. We were going to order 4, at just under £20 so fairly highly priced. We waited... and we waited ... To add further insult a very large party of 20+ descended on the restaurant and the staff rallied round like they were celebrities. This was the final straw. I consider it unacceptable to wait in excess for half hour to take a dessert order, who knows how much longer we would have waited had we not requested the bill and left? Disappointed. Will neither return or recommend.

The ASK Italian restaurant in Chichester is in a classical redbrick building on East Street at the junction with Little London. Weâre in the heart of town, perfect for popping in for a coffee, spot of lunch or dinner with friends before exploring the loca
After an exciting last day of the Goodwood Revival Festival nearby we changed into 'civvy clothes' and headed for dinner at the highly recommended ASK Italian. The place was crowded and buzzing but we had fortunately booked a table weeks ahead. The service was brisk and efficient. Drinks arrived almost immediately and the meals were not long in the waiting. Enormous servings in all the dishes, particularly the pizzas. Flavours were authentic and well matched, each of our six declared this restaurant an excellent choice.

I struggle with a restaurant claiming they have gluten free options but not stocking any gluten free bread. Yes, they had gluten free brownie and caramel shortbread but I didnât want cake for breakfast... I had a coffee and left.... such a shame as it is a gorgeous venue.
