Ãramos los únicos clientes un dÃa de lluvia, pedimos dos platos de pastas muy básicos, y dos bebidas, el mozo se fue cambiando de ropa entre plato y plato!! Ja ja! Trajo un plato de pastas, a los 15 minutos el pan , y las bebidas, y a los 25 el otro plato de pastas! Asà que comimos separados con mi pareja solo compartimos la mesa! Y de postre pan con ajo muy rico y tibio!Ahora sà el precio bien a tiempo y alto lo más caro que pagamos en Palenque!!

My husband went out to grab some food for takeout for us. He found this little restaurant nestled between Hotel Xibalba and a Mayan craft store. He ordered 2 hamburgers (came with french fries) and a spaghetti plate. It was cooked fresh and quick (10 minutes max). Prices were very good for a tourist strip. The hamburgers were nice and filling but the pasta really was the best dish.My husband said that this was the best pasta sauce he has ever had from any restaurant (even from high end Italian restaurants), very flavorful and worth the money.

Great food, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Prepared fresh and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Good old western standards and a delicious variety of Mexican and Yucatecan foods. Check with them for scheduled entertainment. One night we had an hour of relaxing music followed by an hour of classic Mexican dance music. Next night there were drums an fire twirling

Once more in Palenque to walk the archeological site (amazing!) but I had never been to Monte Verde. It was really worth visiting... We ordered salads, a couple pizzas and the best: ravioli with sautéed vegetables and shrimps, simply delicious!! And donât forget to enjoy the surrounding rain forest!
