We went on a whim to Motta Sant'Anastasia based on a picture in our guidebook and were so glad we did. We picked the first place we saw open to have lunch and found the owner to be so welcoming and friendly. He went over and above in order to make sure we were comfortable and pleased with our meal. The food was excellent, and the friendliness even better. I will go back if I'm ever in the area again.

Personale educato. Tutti con poca esperienza nel settore. Prodotti vari con sapori accettabili. Si può migliorare tutto. Le portate di pesce lasciatele stare, non sono preparati ed anche sono molto care.Locale pulito perchè nuovo.Pizza con forno elettrico, di discreto sapore.

Stopped on our way to Catania Airport for brunch. Planned to order a basic breakfast. Then the owner, Bruno, showed us the Buffet he was just setting up. MAGNIFICO! It was amazing. Hot foods, cold foods, deserts, vegetables, mixed dishes. It was huge and delicious, and we tried everything! Itâs a little out of the way, but it has private parking and it is well worth the effort. You will not be disappointed here.

We have eaten here multiple times over the last month and have never been disappointed. The service is great and the food is fresh. The manager makes the best fresh mojitos I have ever had. He walks to the courtyard to pick limes and fresh mint. The prices are just right. Overall one of my favorite spots in Motta!

I visited with my husband and his co-workers. We were there at the same time as a much larger group. There were six of us and perhaps fifteen in the other group. I was impressed that our party appeared to receive the same level of service as the other group, with no delays in the seemingly endless plates coming from the kitchen. Our wine vessel was never empty, the food was good quality, and the staff was personable and warm. All of us we very pleased with the experience. Shots between courses and at our departure were pretty great, too! There were ten to twelve plates of fresh and aged meats and cheeses, veggies, fried ravioli, and some other fried delights- and this was the first round. Next came to large dishes of pasta. The last round was a plate of chicken and salad. This is not a quiet place, so don't go expecting a peaceful, romantic dinner. This venue is perfect for satisfying a group of talkers looking to leave full and happy! All inclusive, we paid 20 euro per person. If you're in the area, don't leave till you've tried it. For family style, I'd suggest a minimum of six people but I'm sure they'd welcome a smaller group. They do offer menu items, but there's not much point to that when you can have such a grand experience for only 20â¬.

A must in town since the 90s.Old style restaurant with genuine ingredients. Eat there and you will enjoy more the real taste of the pizza.

Buffet at front with elegant restaurant at rear. A really excellent experience. Incredibally fresh fish as shown in photos and the chef cooked these perfectly. We ate about 8 different dishes (and over indulged) and had a bottle of wine. Paid â¬55 per head for best meal in a year ( we did eat oysters, fresh scampi, fritto misto and multiple fish course). Well worth it. That said it would be easy to eat for â¬12 per head and still eat well

This place never lets us down! The staff is so nice and welcoming, the food is always really good and you cant beat the price! This is definitely our go-to spot in Motta since we moved to Sigonella.

The main door entrance of this restaurant is located at the back passing through the arch, business opens 7pm- 12mn. Historical ambiance, set up neatly, had a non smoking area and smoking area. Toilet needs repair. And So, we're a little bit skeptical but we decided which dish sounds familiar, it took awhile till our friendly server (who can speak English) came to take our order. We had ever Sicilian famous pizza and pasta and mine was Risotto frutti di mare, I'm pretty excited but I wish I didn't expect much as this have a good TripAdvisor reviews. The taste was definitely Sicilian seafood, only my risotto had it half cook. I know it's getting late (3hrs before close is enough) maintain consistency please.
