A really handy location for a quick lunch. There's an extensive menu of unusual local combinations and everything is made individually. Delicious bread and fillings. There are some cushions on stone outside where you can munch your food, drink your wine and watch the world go by on the main pretty shopping street. Lovely.

Quite hidden but well worth the visit. As a big fan of real beer I'd definitely visit again. Didn't eat but menu looked good for antipasti type stuff. Language barrier between the staff and I has been an issue in a number of places here but they were very understanding!

The location is about 1/2 km outside of Ostuni and really not very inspiring on approach, but the dining room and ambience is lovely, and we had both the best service and best dining experience in our first week cycling around Puglia. The house antipasto is really imaginative and nicely presented. Both pastas we ordered were great. Secondi of grilled sausages and steak was very nice but too much food. Our server was especially good, she was attentive and helpful, unlike a lot of the indifferent service we've received.

We was unlucky to choose this horrible restaurant through TripAdvisor App and I decided to write this review after my personal experience. I recommend everyone who wants to go there to check twice before.We made a reservation by phone and they prepare the tables for us. Adults one table, kyds near by. From the begininng no one from the personal including the Lady manager we met serious faces and did not have any smiles all the dinner time, except when they give us the bill...The apetisers, main courses and the deserts was normal as a tastes and presentation too. Serving was Poor... worst ... Atmosphere was the same!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AND DO NOT RISE TO THE CURRENT LEVEL FROM TRIPADVISOR, MAYBE FROM TAIL TO HEAD BETTER!!!E la terza recensione pessima inerente sempre allo stesso episodio, state diventando ridicoli, i vostri ormai numerosi tentativi di diffamarci rendono sempre più chiaro e visibile il vostro accanimento nel tentativo di screditarci.Sappiate che così facendo offendete anche l'intelligenza di quanti vi leggeranno, in quanto solo un cieco non vedrebbe che di quattro pessime recensioni, tre descrivono in maniera distorta la stessa esperienza.A chi ci legge infatti comunico che per maggiori dettagli basta leggere le repliche della direzione a BogdanC1064 ed a monicacD198JD. Set inside of a forest of Millennium old olive trees, Il Frantoio is a beautiful escape into the country side of Puglia. Armando has redeveloped this Masseria into a dream. At the start of each night, Armando offers a short tour and history lesson of the still working farm. From the variety of terraced sections of the property to the underground olive mill to the building housing hundreds of years old history. With his wife manning the kitchen, she creates a regional lesson in the cuisine that will keep you stuffed for days. Itâs difficult to eat every night, but I chose the 8 course menu with wine pairing so I could taste the regional specialties. The rooms are quaint and cozy. The pool is a blessing during the summer heat, as is the honor bar which houses not only regional wines but freshly made snacks as well. Ostuni is just a short 10 minute drive away. There are two beaches as well, only 10-15 minutes drive. I HIGHLY suggest Il Frantoio as a home base for your adventure in Puglia, as it is great for couples or a family get away. You wonât be disappointed.

If you think youâve had great cocktails before wait till you try one of Leonardoâs; the man is an artist and perfectionist when it comes to his spectacular cocktail concoctions. Itâs worth the wait just to watch him in action preparing our drinks. Highly recommended.

I would never go to a restaurant called 'Holiday' in England it sounds as if it is very down market. But perhaps it sounds different to Italians.We loved the restaurant and will certainly return. We had very good service, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the position is superb right on the beach. But above all we had very good food and will certainly return next year.
