Large, modern, sterile place, devoid of atmosphere.Curiously popular with locals when we visited: a dozen older men had a table together, but it was right in front of the large screen TV, so maybe it was just to watch that night's footie.Come to think of it, they cleared off sharpish after the game.Also noticed they all shared pizzas.We should have taken the hint. The chicken schnitzel and my meatballs in tomato sauce took 30 minutes to arrive - my meatballs were clearly just microwaved convenience food.They probably took 5 minutes from packet to plate, but you can't microwave breaded chicken. Half an hour is just the right amount of time to cook it in the oven from frozen.Nothing bad happened on our visit. The waiter wasn't rude. The food was edible, if bland.The restaurant was very clean if soulless.Portions were much smaller than elsewhere in the village but that's OK if the food is unexciting, I suppose.My top tip if you must visit would be to try a pizza, as the other dishes are not great.Or go somewhere else. There are lots of places to choose from.

We visited this restaurant for lunch whilst holidaying in Afytos. The restaurant is situated on the upper promenade that overlooks the beach so has a very nice view. We ordered a prosciutto pizza to share as it was lunchtime and two ciders. The pizza was very nicely cooked and served quickly. It was nice to find a restaurant that served cider in this resort! We did enjoy our lunch, but thought it a little expensive for what it was.

Pirgos is nice place to chill and enjoy a drink or meal with lovely views over the bay. Prices are average so good value. Good range of beers wines and spirits. The house white is particularly nice. Situated nicely on the main street adjacent to the road to the beach. We used to visit on the way back to our hotel which was a short walk away. The music is sometimes a little repetitive with session singer types would benefit from a change in my opinion to something more upbeat. Very nice bar though overall and worth a visit. Pleasant attentive staff always on hand. Try it.

Second summer we have visited this lovely establishment,it was like returning home,made to feel like part of the family,couldn't do enough for us nothing was too much trouble,the food is delicious pizza to die for (massive) you need to share one,if you ever visit Kriopigi make Cassablanca your first stop the dynamic trio will make you very welcome,ask Edy to do his Greek dance P.s Good luck Edy on fatherhood(sleepless nights await)Dear EmmyWow we are all so very thrilled about your review thank you so so very much for coming time and time again to us that's so awesome it's our pleasure to have such fabulous guests we are so grateful for everything. Really nice pizza and reasonably priced. The service was very good, unfortunately it rained when we visited but the staff were very good letting us shelter inside until it passed. The food was very fresh and delicious. Worth a visit.

My wife and I ate here twice during out stay in Kallithea. The waiters were very friendly and helpful and the pizza was hot and tasty. We found the âLargeâ (33cm) plenty for the two of us. We noticed that several couples had the âChampionâ (45cm) but then left the crusts!
