Prima volta in questo posto ma certamente non l'ultima.Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente e ben arredato. Il titolare e la ragazza che ci ha servito con lui, deliziosi.Il cibo: genuino. Utilizzano materie prime di nostrali, di produzione agricola della zona e provenienti da coltivazioni e allevamenti assolutamente non industriali.Sotto quest' aspetto è un agriturismo vero perché in linea di massima non vengono utilizzati né somministrati prodotti industriali o di serie.Naturalmente ciò non è sufficiente. Ci vuole passione e sapienza per cucinare cibi della traduzione toscana in maniera eccelsa e questa gente ha sia la passione che la sapienza.Antipasti deliziosi con affettati di primissima qualità , un ottimo pecorino e verdure grigliate davvero ottime.Due primi. Ravioli di patate fatti in casa con con un sugo bianco di zucchine e funghi; l'altro primo al cinghiale che era cinghiale, non maiale camuffato, come spesso capita. Entrambi spettacolari.Secondi: anatra nostrale in porchetta. Non vi dico nulla. Andate e fatevela fare. Mi rammenterete. Poi grigliata sul fuoco in abbondanza, cotta alla perfezione. Patate arrosto e cavolini dell'orto in insalata. Dolci di produzione propria, caffè una grappa veramente speciale. Ottimi anche i cenci col vinsanto.Porzioni davvero abbondanti (anche se con le nostre boccucce ci siamo ben difesi) che però non vanno affatto a discapito della qualità .Gradita sorpresa anche il conto assolutamente contenuto.Insomma, davvero niente di negativo. Una bellissima serata alla quale seguirà quanto prima una graditissima replica.Andateci!

We got back late and very hungry from a long day trip. As soon as we walked in there was a warm and inviting vibe. The chap behind the bar spoke wonderful English and was very friendly. The only vegetarian main course had finished for the day, which made my heart sink! But as soon as I mentioned it the lovely guy asked me what I wanted (just plain tomato/ veg pasta) and he went and asked the chef to make it! It was hands down the best pasta Iâve ever had! I was super grateful. Boyfriend had the Pork and gave it 5/5 - very pleased would recommend to visit!

We booked dinner on the recommendation of the hotel we were staying in and it was fantastic.The hospitality was warm and generous , the food all freshly cooked and beautifully presented. The streak was very good and the duck superb. The wine recommendation complemented the food perfectly. In fact this was do good we went back on out last night and it was just as good the second time. Suggest get there at 19.30 and enjoy a drink as the sunsets - very highly recommended

We have family that live at Pian Di Sco who recommended this restaurant and it was delightful! Highly recommend the Tagliatelle with wild boar as well as the browned octopus. Great wine selection, outstanding desserts and great service. I would say the only down side is the lighting in the restaurant-it is very, very bright so it is lacking a bit in atmosphere.

Run by super friendly staff who were very helpful! We had missed lunch at most places as they close at 2:30pm but arrived here and they were very accommodating. The pizza was tasty, not the best Iâve had but I canât really complain when itâs past lunch time in a very sleepy town. If you need a snack mid afternoon then this will tick that box

Pizzeria Le Balze is a very popular local pizzeria in the beautiful town of Castelfranco di Sopra. The pizza is wonderful: perfectly cooked thin pizza base and great toppings. There is also a good selection of simple pasta dishes, which are very good. The ambience is casual and simple. In the summer you can eat outside and there is a play area for kids to run around.

What a great place! Recommended by fellow campers, so we decided to give it a try. A menu with various antipasti, primi, secundi ánd desert (Vin Santo with cantuccini, and plenty of it).Wine, water and coffee included for â¬25.They only speak Italian, which is a challenge when making a reservation, but more than worth the effort!

This restaurant serves a very creative fixed menu. The food is prepared by a chef who tries to combine his experience from various kitchens in the world.The three antipasti were delicious, the primo very special, the main course a nice piece of meat and the desert, a home made tiramisu we will never taste anything like that anymore.However, although the food was delicious, after dinner we felt we had eaten too much. Not because the portion sizes were too big, but ingredients used were pretty rich. Despite of the set menu, next time we go there we will skip at least the primo.

We visited 3 times with family and friends in May of 2016. SO friendly and accommodating as we had a 3 year old and 15 month old and a large groupFood is excellent and the Bisotecca is fabulous. we tried Giusti across the street and it is a 2 and PiazzaMagno is a 10!!..very reasonable prices, clean and friendly.cannot say enough about the food and the people who own it.Bellisimo!!
