You could pass this restaurant in the city of Gorgonzola if you didn't have the address but locals don't need a GPS to get great food and wonderful prices. The service was professional and attentive and the food superb. The ambiance of the restaurant is charming but not memorable. The food was the part that was memorable and the short wine list had ample local selections of fine wines as well as wines from other regions of Italy. I started with Prosciutto di Parma and Bufala Mozzarella and then ordered their pasta dish of the day which was pappardelle pasta with porcini mushrooms and pancetta. Everything was delicious and if you are in the general area of Gorgonzola, this restaurant is worth the visit.

This a place in the countryside hard to find but at the end you will enjoy a cosy environment. Food is good with reasonable quality and price.

The restaurant is in the hotel, and is the substitute for the Devero restaurant which is not operating anymore. Food served is not bad, but not exceptional. Typical dishes like some risoto, spaghetti etc. Meat and fish dishes nicely prepared. However food quality does not

We were 4 friends eating here as part of our Formula 1 trip. The chef and owner Giuseppe and our waitress Samantha made our evening very special. English skills are so so but that makes everything more authentic and fun. Food is good without being of the chart but the warmth and friendly service makes up for the shortfalls in food. Don't get me wrong. The food is good and enjoyableWe had 3 courses + wine + beer + grappa + coffee for 170 euros for all 4. Very good valueSettings is nice as is the dining area. But it's the service which is king

Rubello is simply the perfect casual Restaurant for a business lunch (and probably also for dinner but I haven't tried that out, yet). They offer three different meals consisting of pasta and main-course and served on a plate one shot to choose from, in addition to a menu, from which I could recommend e.g. parma ham with mozzarella.A glass of wine is included as well as the coffee and the service is fast and friendly. this is the type of casual restaurant I like for lunch: Friendly, Fast, Delicious and Reasonable.

We were staying at the Devero Hotel and walked the short distance to the restaurant. We had mixed antipasto to start and it came on various platters, one with various types of meat, one with cheese, and the delicious vegetable tempura came in little paper bags.My main course was Tagliata di Black Angus, which was delicious, and I ordered fries on the side.For dessert I chose the wonderful Semifreddo al Torroncino (nougat), which can be served with or without a coffee sauce. The menu is varied and interesting, and the service was excellent. Several of the staff speak very good English.Will definitely be back.

I had the black ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and it was well made. Service was effective and quick, as was to be expected in an average place, and the food was very well made. We had a nicely grilled salmon and vegetables, Chianti wine, and fruit as dessert. Everything was really tasty, and I like to have the possibility of making healthy choices when travelling for business.
