This Restaraunt has fantastic outdoor ambience, and great fine dining experience at the north coast of mauritius. The service is friendly and ideal for a quiet dinner with friends. The menu has good variety of selection from starters, main course and desert. Highly recommended.

Had lunch at the Anahita Resort while staying at the Four Seasons @ Anahita. Open restaurant indoors! Had a quick bite, finding the food presented well but not so tasty! Prices where rather on the premium end! Sitting next to the water, view of the Golf course and huge bungalows made up all the differences!

It doesn't look much from the outside but it is in a lovely spot in the trees on the public beach at Belle Mare. Don't be put off - the food is excellent with very friendly service and just a great place to have lunch in a lovely relaxed setting. Just a short walk along the beach from the Residence Hotel, only open in the evenings at weekends and closed Mondays.

The club house offer a large choice of food, salads, sandwich clubs, burgers and meat. I tried the Sydney's burger with homemade french fries. Really good meat. Sydney is really sympathetic and helpful. He gaves me his happiness during all the lunch

The weakest of the three restaurants at Ambre Resort, but it is in some very strong competition with La Plage and Dolce Vita. Fairly run of the mill good quality buffet, if you watch for the new dishes coming out, these will be piping hot. The fresh Indian breads are very good as are the Mauritian curries and freshly cooked fish.We tended to just have breakfast here and probably only had two or three dinners and one lunch during a two week stay.Negatives are the lack of a salad bar, there were some bowls of leaves, but that was about the sum of it. Additionally, the drinks service could be VERY slow at times.The outdoor seating is very pleasant and less of a canteen atmosphere

My husband and I stayed at The Residence and had dinner at The Plantation one evening (we dined at other local restaurants on the other nights) and it was absolutely delicious... The setting is just stunning either sitting outside on the beach or inside in the old plantation house. My fillet of beef was cooked to perfection and service was excellent :) Definitely worth a visit :)

We loved the owner, the fuss made of us and crazy, haphazard arty decor of this unusual and wonderful place. The food was extremely tasty and I would recommend it. BUT be totally aware that you will pay more here than at an expensive hotel. A cocktail, bottle of wine (by the glass wasnât an option) and 3 course meal (no tea or coffee) cost around £300!This included complimentary hors dervs and palette cleansers between courses. Itâs a treat to eat here, Iâve marked it 4/5 due to the eye watering bill. There are less âposhâ but equally wonderful tasty restaurants - highly recommended in the area including Chez Tino and Green IslandDear Guest, sorry for late answer, I got problem connexion with Trip Advisor.
