The Muse is my favorite restaurant on Tomis Harbor; the indoor space is nicely appointed and the outdoor tables are comfortable. Iâve dined there solo, with a friend, with a team and also with a group of kids. The food is consistently fresh and the service is consistently polite. They could be more attentive but you can easily flag a server if needed. The pizza and salads are excellent; my favorite is the Greek salad (salata greceasca). Their wine list is extensive; only a few are offered by the glass they they are good wines, especially the Cabernet Sauvignon. Afterwards walk along the harbor to the Plaja Modern or the other direction to the promenade toward the old casino. There is a gelateria a few doors down on the harbor and often an ice cream truck by the promenade. There is parking at Tomis Harbor - simply pay by text as many hours as you need. Pofta buna!

We went there to eat in December 2018 and we were lucky to taste everything we desired. I ate a soup with lentils, some specific bread, a Greek salad, some sweets...All in all, the food was good, it was not crowded, the atmosphere was pleasant. The prices were a bit expensive but not exaggerated. It was reminding us a bit of Greece and it was a nice gastronomy moment during winter.

Great place, with good food, the service was fast and the waiter polite. Unfortunately there is no area for the children to play. All and all the place and location are excellent the dishes are verry good and big, enough to satisfy most people.

Excellent Greek evening in the city centre of Constanta. Food was very tasty, Greek drinks also (including the wine), sirtaki music. We made a reservation by phone and everything went perfect.

Food was amazing and portions were big. Decent prices considering the location. Food was brought quickly to the table. They have lots of waiters. Some don't speak English or Romanian but that is fine. Some other places we have been to in Mamaia didn't have enough staff therefore you had to wait at least 1h for your food. This is not the case here where I've seen at least 15 waiters. Good job guys !!

Beautiful location+, time to wait was ok+, waiter's serving ok+, but...food is without taste. Mussles with sand and again without taste, jar( or smth else) with water and lemon is missing..or little poor tissue...even a poor salad(cretan) has no taste, kitchen staff dosen't know how to give food's taste.it's shame, because you have good ingredients . i will not come back again.
