Tucked into a (very cool mind you) construction office facing the dirt "highway" that cuts through Nosara, is ESH a simple but mouthwateringly delicious place you need to visit. The bread is like a delicious soft blanket, wrapped around either crispy-on-the-outside soft on the inside Falafel, or tangy, perfectly spiced chicken shawarma. OR BOTH. No kidding. But it's the toppings that are the real showstoppers - crispy pickles, snappy cabbage slaw and a few potent sauces: garlic/tahini, spicy homemade hot sauce, and the always authentic hummus that made Chef Dudiy famous! Taking things over-the-top, crispy french-fries are added to the INSIDE of the sandwich. Damn.A few noteworthy soft drinks like Temple of the White Dog Gingerbeer, and tart effervescent Lemonade are on tap to wash down the work of art...ESH claims to be open till dinner, but most of the time they sell out well before then. We had the pumpkin coconut soup and the pulled pork sandwich they were both delicious. For dessert we order a cinnamon roll and it was very good. They have the right combination between flavor and price. I totally recommend it!
